Very satisfied. Angelo did a great job. No pressure. He was very professional and patient. Ed also got me thru his process in a timely manner. I have bought several cars from Right Honda and will certainly be back in the future.

Bill Thornton is the reason I return to Honda. I know he will be truthful with me and I trust him. I was thinking this time what I would do if I pulled up and Bill would not be there anymore. I really appreciate him. He is one of your best.

We had a few qualms regarding the final price of the vehicle but was soon rectified.Hakeem and Chris were polite, patient and professional. They did what they could to help with the process. Very smooth and hassle free dealing with Burnette, I would buy a car with him again anytime. The sales manager, however, was slightly insulting. His "bad cop" routine was cheap, petty, and very obvious. Although we appreciate them working with us to meet our specific needs, it could have been handled more professionally. Had it not been for Burnette, we would have walked away due to him. Overall, we were happy and love our car.

When working with people such as you it is quite clear to us why Right Honda has been successful and will continue to be. Not having made an appointment, we naively took your time and became your priority. However, at no point did we feel that your plans for the day were more important than us. We immediately recognized that from the time we set foot at the dealership we were made to feel that we were the most important people on the premises.Although we had communicated through the internet we were going to purchase an Odyssey today after all our research, information, and competitive info was collected from the other 7 Honda dealerships, you spent your time with us providing additional information and insight into the vehicle. We would not have been surprised had you applied immediate pressure to us for purchasing from Right Honda. You didn’t know if we were going to cut our time short. You didn’t apply the pressure but found our key concerns and questions, educating us while at the same time building within us a confidence and trust in you, your expertise, and the Honda product. Your lack of pressure was most appreciated. However, ultimately it was your style and demeanor at the “right” pace (no pun intended) that enabled us to stay and complete the deal. Certainly, your willingness to negotiate and tell us you wanted our business played a part in our decisions. But, when it comes down to it, people sell to people and you did it right.Kathie and I were thoroughly impressed with how you kept us informed about what was happening in the process and that you were staying on top of it. Although you may have been involved with other people or responsibilities, we never felt that we were less than number 1 on your list and you were spending an appropriate amount of time making the process as quick as reasonable.Another characteristic where we were impressed was the new car orientation. The Odyssey has numerous features and your ability to go through them with a level of expertise definitely spoke well of Right Honda’s commitment to training its people. Great! The car salesman was not experienced but the manager made up for it, it was a very long day but he made sure my husband and I were very comfortable with our purchase

He was very friendly and professional and provided us with excellent service.
