Issac was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Being that this is Arizona, and it get's hot, he made sure I had plenty of water, and that I was out of the actual heat as much as possible. If there was a car I wanted to test drive, he would start it and get the A/C going immediately to ensure my comfort.Bucky, the finance manager who helped me, was also very friendly and courteous.

Joe Young made getting a new car a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable , available to meet with me at my convenience , considerate and kind. If I knew of a friend who wanted an auto , and wanted a reliable good salesperson, I would send them to Right Toyota , to work with Joe.i would give him a ten out of ten rating.

Eddie ALWAYS does an excellent job! His communication with me is always prompt and the service is seamless with Eddie. Unfortunately, other service technicians have not been as helpful, friendly, or easy to work with. I will ONLY allow Eddie to help me going forward.

At first my experience of buying a car is always scary,! When I step into Right Toyota, the experience I had was awesome, experience !!!! They greet you, they place was very clean, They had a wonderful selection of cars in stock. They made looking at cars very smooth, no pressure and they took there time helping me find the right one for are family! They talk to us about how financing goes (Bucky )and the way the vehicle runs. (Gabriel and Fabio)And also they took me step-by-step and my family explain what a Toyota and how the engine works and how the car works.(Gabriel and Fabio). This was my first time buying a Toyota I've never bought a Toyota before. I truly say these guys Fabio and Gabriel and Bucky did one awesome experience !!! I will never go back having a Ford vehicle ! (Only a Toyota) I hope to continue Carrying on as a Toyota in my family. !!!And tell everyone go to Right Toyota!!!! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life! I discussed the deal on the phone. We agreed in principal to what the terms of the deal were and I scheduled an appointment and came in to sign the papers. Everything went smoothly!

Always tremendous service with Roger and Frank! We have bought 11 vehicles from Brian Koepke at Right Toyota and he such a valued and tremendous friend. Brian was off last weekend when we were in for our 4Runner service and we spotted a nice vehicle in the showroom, his partner in Fleet, Mark Settell helped us buy the vehicle. Mark was great, as always it was such a pleasant experience and Adam in Finance was such a pleasure to work with. I can tell you that when we walk into Right Toyota it truly feels like home and we have never had that feeling walking into any other dealership. It has been 12 years since we have been at another dealership and will never go to any other. Thanks!

Our salesperson was Arash who made a great impression on us. He was very enthusiastic, knew the product and very professional. Fabio joined in the negotiations and provided additional info for discussion. We needed to have a minor problem worked on within a few days and Arash made those arrangements. Tracy in your service dept. greated us and explained the process. We were introduced to the waiting room and an estimated time of repair talked about. Within a short time the service was completed. Tracy and Arash both asked if we had any questions and helped with several shortcuts on the car to make our driving experience more enjoyable. Our encounters with your employees left us with a very high opinion of Right Toyota.

The experience was great! Once the deal was negotiated Jason and the finance team worked expediently to get me out and on my way as I had a prior engagement. Jason went out of way to make sure all my concerns were met and everything went smoothly.I will most definitely call Jason Carter and Right Toyota next time I need a new truck! I have already passed Jason's card onto a co-worker of mine who is also looking at the Tundra as I am sure Jason will take care of him as he did with me.
