You will meet the best staff in Arizona! You feel like you are part of the family the second you walk in the door. Dr. Desvigne had the best personality and made me feel at ease through this procedure! I just want to hug him every time I see him! All the staff members treat you like you are family and take the best care of you! I even received phone calls, one from Dr. Desvigne and then one from my nurse, Christina to check on how I was doing! Talk about customer service! Even at my one week follow up, the staff still treated me like family and truly cared about my recovery and always asked me to call if I need anything! I love Scottsdale’s Sono Bello! I would recommend anyone to this location!!

I recently had a procedure at Sono Bello in Scottsdale and decided to write a review letting everyone know how well everything went and the treatment I recieved from the staff.

During my first appointment i met with Crystal who was amazing. She was informative, professional and a pleasure to deal with. When I met with my surgeon, Dr Biviens, I was impressed. Dr Bivens has a great bed side manor. He explained the procedure to me in detail and answered every question until I was satisfied. I completely at ease and never felt rushed Dr Bivens made me feel that the time spent with me was very important. On the day of surgery I met with two nurses who the first was Rachel who would admit me and follow me through my next few visits. Rachel is amazing. My pre-op nurse Christina ia also amazing she has a great attitude she is kind and gentle and caring. She handled me with the ut most care. During the surgery Dr Bivens made sure that I expierenced the least amount of discomfort possible. After surgery again I had a minimal amount of discomfort and brusing. This I attribute to his skill as a surgeon.



It is my opinion that Dr Bivens is a great surgon and his staff, Crystal, Rachel and Christina did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them.

Very inviting from the moment you walk in the door, the staff were able to answer all my

questions and made me feel very comfortable. I had the liposuction in the abdominal area and was very happy with the results, it also gave me the incentive to lose weight and I managed to lose 20 lbs. I have not felt this good about myself and the way I look in the last 15 years. At the age of 60 I actually get excited about shopping and being able to wear clothes that I could not have worn before the procedure. I feel great!

I had lipo-surgery and my nurse Christina was outstanding. There are nurses who should not be in the healthcare field, but Christina is one of the nurses who should remain in healthcare because she really makes a different. Christina not only is compassionate but she went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable. I am meticulous and detailed orientated, and for me to write a positive review means a person is exceptional. She held my hand and even made sure I had a cup of water to wet my mouth the whole time. Dr Rod was my surgeon , Dr Rod and Christina did not make me feel uncomfortable at all while I was getting fat removed from my body. This was a delicate situation that could of been uncomfortable. Outstanding service.

From the very first meeting with Crystal to the whole staff before, during and after my treatments I would say they were WONDERFUL!! Very attentive and caring. I loved the emails sent after treatment explaining what to expect. I'm very happy with the results so far and am looking forward to the coming months. I would definitely recommend Sonobello to anyone looking to resculpture their body.

If you have ever thought about getting a body contouring procedure done, Sono Bello is the place to go. From my first appointment, I felt very comfortable with the staff. They were very encouraging and helpful during the pre-procedure and the post-procedure steps. They have been great at answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend Sono Bello!

This office is amazing! I had my problem areas that just wouldn't go away. Crystal did my consultation and I scheduled that very day! I also talked my sister into doing this, which, amazingly, she did, signed up right then and there. When having the procedure done, I couldn't have been more comfortable in the room. Dr. Rod did an amazing job, put us right at ease and only being a little over a week out of surgery, we couldn't be happier. Recovery was a breeze. I/we did feel a little sore the next day few days, but nothing I haven't felt from doing a hard boot camp class! (but of course we are woozeez when it comes to ANY pain)As I/we wait for the rest of the procedures and the swelling to go down, I am sure I/we will be even more pleased with my/our results. An excellent experience and Aggie is wonderful! We got to know each other during my venus freeze treatments and each week gave me something to look forward to - like visiting a friend.

I really love my results. I had my tummy done. The entire process was explained to me very well, so I knew what to expect at each stage of the procedure. Crystal was very sweet and informative. Aggie was also very nice and caring. Dr. Bivens is a "straight-shooter" and very knowledgeable. The procedure itself was slightly awkward - It kinda felt like a tickle/massage. It was very fast and I was nauseous afterwards, but that was from the pain meds. I walked a mile the very next day and have steadily increased the distance. It's been a week now and I'm ready to go hiking. I'm still a little numb and swollen but that is decreasing. I love how much better my clothes fit. All-in-all I had a great experience and would definitely do it again.

A few months ago I went for a consultation, and now one later week later I can say that I'm so glad I made the decision to have the procedure. Dr. Bivens worked on my upper and lower abdomen and waist. My overall experience with sonobello has been truly amazing. From the first phone call to the surgery, I couldn't be happier. Crystal is caring, patient, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She's realistic and honest about what you can expect; she was right on with everything she told me. Dr. Bivens and the staff took great care of me. The staff follows up with emails and phone calls after the surgery, which I found very helpful. Dr. Bivens himself called me the night of the surgery, I was pleasantly surprised. The discomfort during surgery was minor; I was up and about the next day. My recovery is going very well; I can't wait to see the final results. I would recommend sonobello to anyone looking to find their "dream body".

The staff was very helpful and informative about all the procedures that could be right for me. They are very friendly and you can tell they genuinely want to help people and they love what they do.

Overall, my experience was excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional. Everyone was able to answer all my questions. When I had a concern the staff quickly responded and did whatever needed to be to result the issue. The procedures I had done seemed like they were going to lead to an extensive recovery, however, that was not the case. I was up and back to normal life the next day. Although there was some soreness after the procedure for a few weeks, it was very minor. Once I completed the procedure and gave my body time to heal I felt so much better about my problem areas. My clothes are fitting great and I am very happy with the results.

My doctor was amazing !! I had doctor Desvigne and during my surgery I couldn't be more comfortable. He set my operating room, room temp and made it warm so I wouldn't be freezing during the surgery. That really made me feel good and like my doctor actually cared about my comfort. During my surgery he talked to me and the whole time, told me what he was doing and if I was going to feel a pinch or some sort of pain or discomfort. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon ! My consultant was also very sweet and made me feel comfortable, answering ALL my questions and went out if her way to make this work out for me. The staffing at this location has been the most pleasant I have ever been to and I've been to several other plastic surgery centers. I won't go anywhere else. Thank u, Sono Bello !!! Having gone through a recent divorce after 21 years of marriage, my desires to regain a healthier looking physique lead me to Sono Bello. Dr. Bivens and the staff took great care and time in answering my questions and presented me with a list of options that would allow me to get the "kick start" I was looking for. The procedure was relatively painless (excluding the awkward feeling of being awake during the procedure and learning to handle the curious sensations of being probed internally), and I experienced minimal downtime and discomfort afterward. My recovery is going great and I can't wait to see the ultimate end-results in the months to come. I can't express enough how happy I am for making the decision to go with Sono Bello!

My husband surprised me and wanted to do something special for me. I went in a couple of weeks ago for a consultation, a week later had my procedure (upper and lower abdomen and waist) and 6 days later I'm here to say that I am soooo glad I did this. I was a little hesitant in the beginning before I went in for my consult because I kept thinking that I should just be able to get this fat off myself. I've been eating well, I excercise regularly and I'm generally happy with my weight and overall figure.... but, my tummy would just not let go of the fat no matter what I did. It's always been my problem area and now that I've had two kids, turned 40 and in perimenopause, it really was starting to bother me more and more. So, I decided to accept the fact that my body was set up this way early on (to carry more of my fat in my mid section) and that it was time to take a different action. I called Sonobello and I am so thrilled that I did. Even 6 days later I can see results and can't wait to see how I look when I'm back to 100%. The people at the Scottsdale location were wonderful! Dr. Bivens was amazing and even had a great bedside manner. I'm a little sore and have the numbness around my mid section, but the recovery process has been much better for me than I expected. Crystal set my expectations to be realistic and didn't sugar coat the discomfort I might experience when I met her for my consultation. I'm glad she did that because then there were no surprises and I can honestly say that the whole process exceeded my expectations and that I trust Crystal to give potential clients the straight scoop! My experience with Sonobello has been wonderful. Chrystal, handles the patient consultations and is professional and bubbly. She made my choice to have my procedure done at Sonobello an easy one. I was so excited to have Dr. Geoghegan as my plastic surgeon. She gave a great consultation and really listened to my concerns and gave me honest answers regarding what to expect during the procedure and what she could do to improve my appearance. I have to say that I am so happy with the results and would recommend Sonobello to anyone.

I was so scared going in but from the beginning thanks to Brittany at the front and the nursing staff and the awesome Dr. Desvigne I felt at ease from their kindness.
