I went to Aesthetica on the recommendation of a friend. The dentist and staff there are all exceedingly nice and personable. I had a cracked tooth that needed repair and was recommended to have a crown placed. I was very concerned about a crown because I am young and know crowns only have a certain life before wearing out. I asked multiple times about whether it is needed and was told yes. After the procedure was done, my dental insurance denied the crown claim stating that the decay and problem with the tooth did NOT warrant a crown. Apparently a filling would have been fine. Aesthetica takes many pictures and images and are unable to prove to the insurance that i needed a crown. Now I am left with an unnecessary procedure and the bill since Aesthetica will not take responsibility for this. I talked to them on the phone and they have no explanation nor would they let me talk to the dentist to discuss what happened. They have lost my trust and I well be finding a new dentist.

Dr. Kollia and her staff are absolutely first rate professionals. The exude interest and consummate skill from dealing with insurance, t cleaning, to to those important event alike fillings, crowns and root canals. They have truly state of the art equipment so that a crown is done in just one visit (no temporaries: all done in one session).friendly and mae even the most nervous person at ease.

I have seen Dr. Kollia 4 times now. Each time has always been way more pleasant and successful than I have EVER had before. Dr. Kollia is so very gentle. I am ultra senstive and I don't feel pain. The office is so modern and up to date. I can see on the computer right in front of me-(digital pics and xrays of my teeth)- and understand what Dr. Kollia was expaining to me. It was very comprehensive. Besides Dr Kollia's gentle manner, she is very caring and so thorough. I have never had any dentist spend so much time on me.



I would highly recomment DR, Kollia to anyone. She's very professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and kind. Her office is clean, modern and soothing. (There's also a view of Lake Union.) The staff is also very professional, helpful, and friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Evyenia Kollia for about two years. I am excited to see that she has opened her amazing new office in the Eastlake area of Seattle. Everything in the office is state of the art and digital. Dr. Kollia is a very positive, personable woman who focuses on making your dental experience almost enjoyable! She treats her patients like family, with great care and comfort. I have seen many dentists in my 50 + years, but she is by far the best! I would happily recommend her to those who need a check up or those who want to improve the look or health of their smiles. You will not be disappointed.
