Fixed the suspension on my cadillac and gave me a reasonable price as well.

The folks behind the counter (and under my car) were very warm and helpful as well. I can tell that the staff there must have an encouraging, team-oriented workplace.

Good group of people. They took care of me and my car. Had an older car that I had done nothing to and they made it run like a new car. Makes me happy I didn't get a new one because I really liked my old car. They even took the time to explain what I didn't know and were even willing to show me. Thank you Ballard crew.

I have some knowledge of vehicle repairs and have more knowledge now by working with Ben and his staff at Elliott Tire in Ballard. So my hats off to you Ben thank you for all of your help in allowing me to be more knowledgeable about vehicle repair in general. As well as maintaining my vehicle and keeping it maintained so that there are no big surprises when by vehicles do need repair.

Amazing story.... I was driving on the 520 bridge and a man in the car next to me rolls down his window and points to my tire. I pulled off at the next exit and confirmed that my tire was half inflated. I went to Les Schwabb and they had a 2 hour wait to look at the tire. So, I drove down the street to Elliott. They took me right away and out walked the mechanic, the same guy from the 520 bridge who pointed out my flat. They looked at my tire and confirmed that there was no puncture, and filled up my tires for free! Great group of people.

We have been taking our two cars here for many years and have never had anything but great service. They keep our cars in good running condition and have always explained what repairs were needed and why. They have always been friendly and helpful.

The whole team is dedicated to doing excellent job. Mike explained upcoming issues with the ride reason I will have them check it next time. Cheers Shelley
