I called late the night before and they had a tech at mu home first thing the next morning. Jason Meyer came and was able to diagnose the problem in about one minute and had if resolved in approximately 20 minutes. Thanks for efficient and expedient service.

The technician arrived on time, quickly determined the problem, thoroughly explained the problem and fixed it. He was very friendly and professional.

The technician Mr.Satomi was on time professional friendly knowledgeable and efficient . He offered solutions on how to future avoid and care for the sink drain.

Second time using Roto-Rooter and once again they delivered wonderful service! A few weeks ago the main line backed up in my basement and I decided to call Roto-Rooter again to help unclog the line. Technicians, Amber (1476) and Larry (554) worked together to unclog my main line, and several lines in the main level bathrooms. Both of them were extremely professional, kind, and cheerful. Neither one of them complained about how long it took them to unclog the drain, how many questions I asked ( I asked a lot), or about their job. Amber's humor made the situation less frustrating and Larry's expertise provided a quick resolution to the problem. Thank you for providing great service!

Dwayne (Tech #3453) came out this morning and repaired my backed up floor drain. He was very professional - found the problem right away and explained what needed to be done. He was prompt, courteous and was in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend this business.

Lee, technician #212, was outstanding! He is skilled, talented, and very knowledgeable. Because of him, I'll never use another plumbing service but Roto Rooter. He fixed another plumber's mistake and saved us from a possible disaster if left unfixed. He was timely and very helpful. Roto Rooter is lucky to have Lee. His customer service was incredible! Roto-Rooter was fast in sending a technician within 1.5 hours of calling. Dave Solomon tech #0393 was very fast in finding the issue of the leak in my bathroom. Replaced a valve and supply line quickly and now I have a dry bathroom. Excellent service.

Keith Satomi is wonderful person. He makes sure everything is in order and keep the basement clean. So happy he can fingerspelling with me as I am deaf. I appreciated his work.

I had a main line back up due to roots. Called Roto-Rooter and a tech (Ashton) showed up 20 min later. He assessed the problem, ran the line and checked to make sure things were working as they should before leaving. I got what I paid for.

Dave tech no. 0993 explained everything and the cost and was very efficient. Would definitely request him again.

Our basement drain started making noises all of a sudden (glub, glub, glub) and we called Roto-Rooter to come out and have a look since they had done a great job in the past of clearing the drain. Ashton (988) was incredible! He not only tried multiple times to get the drain clear, but went a full 85 feet into the main and pulled out some major roots. His professionalism and empathy for our situation was outstanding and his service next to none. He couldn’t clear the drain and dispatched a camera technician, Brian, who came out the next morning to inspect the line. We are now waiting to have the main excavated and repaired. Ashton even followed up with us after Brian left! Great customer service from both Ashton and Brian! We’ll follow up this review with another once the repair is complete, but we wanted to share how wonderful our experience has been with these guys during an unexpectedly frustrating situation. They have kept us informed, been professional and showed us compassion during this difficult time. You guys rock!

Chris (0368) who came to preform the service was very professional and made sure I was aware of "worst case "scenarios with the project. I would recommend him and the company to others for their plumbing needs.
