Shaun & Chris Came to my place to install a new furnace during an emergency. They worked most the night in the cold to get the new unit in. They where the best did a Great job and cleaned up more then they had too. Awsome service i will never use any other company.

I woke up this morning with no heat and found service 1 heating in the yellow pages. From my initial call to the office to Erich the technician I was very pleased. Was a fast fix and he explained all of the things I had questions on to better maintain my furnace,,,,,,,Will call them in spring for AC tune up,,,,,,Thanks Guys!

After working all night I came home to a cold home. I stumble on service 1 heating and ac from a google search. I spoke to a total of five HVAC companies before making my decision to go with service 1. They were able to make it to my home within a few hours to do The diagnostic on my old furnace. The company was extremely professional, Erich showed me my cracked heat exchanger with his fiber optic camera. With Xmas a month away they were extremely compassionate and waved the diagnostic service fee because I had to purchase a new furnace. The crew showed up a few hours later ( Mark London and Mike Camis). They did not mind me looking over their shoulders and asking questions. They took the time to answer my questions. It took only a few hours to take out the old and install the new furnace. They cleaned up after themselves. They get points In my book for being able to make it out day of, doing quick work, being professional and friendly. After they left I looked over their work and was satisfied for the most part. I'm happy I did my part to help my local business's. Will call them back in the future.

i had my furnace inspected by serive 1 and the tech immediately pointed out a fracture in my exchange and that the welds in the unit its self were coming apart. within two hrs, a new unit was delivered and within 90 minutes it was installed and running.mark london and sean were very polite and profesional. i will definately call them back to inspect and service my furnace....sam r.

Mark London and Kevin Behnke did a fantastic job with our recent installation of new furnace, AC unit and hot water tank. Seemless operation from time of arrival until departure from our home. Clean up was an extra that was not expected but appreciated. Decision to go with Service 1 Heating proved to be a wise decision. Also, kudos to James Awalt for his initial inspection and quote work on our job.

Shawn and Mike did an excellent job installing our heater last week. We will definitely use these guys again.

My husband and I were very impressed with the work and integrity of Mark, Sean and Jim at our house today. The gentleman took pride in doing a great job of taking apart our old furnace and working hard to install the new equipment properly. They were very careful to lay down tarps to protect our floors and respect our house. They cleaned up and took away all old parts. They answered all questions that we had. We felt at ease with their knowledge of the product and that we had made the correct selection of installers and equipment. We will recommend Service 1 to family and friends.

I have been in the building trades for over 35 years and I am very satisfied with the service staff that installed our new heating and ac unit. very professional and very informative. also the price for the job was right.

Our old furnace broke down on the evening of 10/16. At 10:ooam on the morning of 10/17 we made the decision to buy a Trane from Service 1 Heating & AC . Mark London and Mike Camus arrived with a new furnace at 2:pm. They removed our old unit, installed a new Trane XB80 and we had heat by 3:50pm. They both were very efficient, showed a lot of expertise in the work and they cleaned up when they were done. Thanks Mark and Mike!!

Our furnace went out yesterday, and thanks to Service 1 Heating we had a new unit and heat by 11:00 AM this morning. Mark and Mike did such a good job, they even straightened up the basement. And because we had worj=k done last March , they credited that off our bill.

Service 1 came out right away in the recent flood and put my family in a new Trane furnace. Fantastic group of people and incredible work! Would recommend to everyone! Many thanks guys!

Last Sunday we had a house full of people it was my mothers 87th birthday party.we had been cooking most of the day and the house had become very warm when my husband tried to turn our air conditioner on it didn't work .one of my aunts recommend service 1 heating in less than an hour a service man was at the door 20 minutes later our a/c was working .we want to thank Jim he found the problem quickly he had the part we needed on the truck and he took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong and what he did to fix it . We would recommend service 1 heating to anyone looking for fast dependable service thank you again Jim you saved moms party

we recently had them out to fix our a/c, they were out in under an hour and had it fixed fast. service tech dave, and office staff were friendly and easy to work with. would recommend them

Wow - a 1000 character limit - how impractical. Useful story made short version. A technician from Service 1, named Mike, failed to fix my A/C - but clearly never made a real attempt. I watched him work the whole time, and he never used a multimeter (Fluke, volt-ohm meter, etc), which would be necessary to check that the motor start capacitor was still good. He did clean the coil - which needed it - but that was an issue - not the cause. I had a second technician out today - who fixed the unit in less than 5 minutes. Take a guess ... bad capacitor. This other technician was a friend of the family who does this on the side - really good guy. Honest. Service 1 - honesty is not their strong suit. I really appreciated the quote on an all new system for $6600 which is like $2000 more than 2 quotes I got today for the same system. Interesting anecdote - I attempted to contact them via the website to explain my complaint - and the form only reports an error. Nice.

We had no heat this past saturday. We tried several companies that would not come out until monday. We then contacted service one heating and they not only came out saturday but were there in an hour. Unit was up and running fast. office staff to service repair man were extremely friendly. as a single mom i will pass your name on to all. thank you!

We recently used this company and had service in under a hour. tech named Mike was knowlegable and very efficient. thanks guys!
