Just had our ducts cleaned. Service 1 did a great job. Showed up on time, did a great job and was very competitive on price. Keith & Mike, our techs, were very professional. Would highly recommend Service 1.

On Sunday morning 10/20 woke up to a cold house. Looked in yellow pages for furnace repair. Service 1 ad was most appealing. They had service in my suburb. No extra charge for nights or weekends. Called and spoke to tech rep. and made an appointment. Tech arrived 3 hours later. Said my 25 year old Trane furnace was finished. Arranged to purchase a new Trane XR 95 furnace and to have it installed the next day. Techs Mark Landon and Vance arrived as scheduled and installed new furnace and removed old one. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Service 1 Heating is an excellent company to do business with.

Our old furnace broke down on the evening of 10/16. At 10:ooam on the morning of 10/17 we made the decision to buy a Trane from Service 1 Heating & AC . Mark London and Mike Camus arrived with a new furnace at 2:pm. They removed our old unit, installed a new Trane XB80 and we had heat by 3:50pm. They both were very efficient, showed a lot of expertise in the work and they cleaned up when they were done. Thanks Mark and Mike!!

I rencently called this company late at night on behalf of my mother who had no heat. Living out of town i was worried of the service she may get,,,,,,Well let me say this, AWESOME best describes Erich. After repairing my mothers furnace and taking the time to explain all to her, he the called to put my mind at ease. As he left my mother made mention of the garage opener light was out, he took the time to replace it at no charge to her, she is an elderly women......I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL!

i recently called them on a sunday at 6am for my a/c, after calling three other companies who did not answer there phones. tech named mike was there in 30 mins, fixed it fast. would recommend them to all, friends and family

I had a scheduled appointment. They did not show up. When I called to see if they were still coming, I was told I needed to reschedule. I never got a call telling me that they weren't going to be able to come. That would have allowed me to find a different company to fix my air conditioner. It's in the high 90's. Totally unreliable!
