Mr. Bays recnetly represented me in a child custody case. For many years, I have been struggling with collecting enough information to prove my ex spouse was using drugs and had a psychiatric mental health problem. Eventually, I had enough information to use in court and Randy presented the facts with utmost diligence, competence and skill. He was very aggressive and fought for the safety and the rights for the children. He displayed an excellent law knowledge and his performance was without a doubt exemplary. Not once did he back down or settle for anything less than I had asked for. I was awarded sole legal and physical custody of the children, with several stipulations set on my ex-spouse's visitation and parenting time.



Additionally, his office staff are extremely polite, professional and reliable. They return calls/emails in a timely manner and are willing to answer any of your questions you may have. As we all know, going through child custody proceedings are emotionally draining and it is important to know that you have an attorney and support staff who understand your stress and will do anything to serve you to their utmost ability.

Mr. Bays is a great attorney and even more so a great man. He is patient and stern when he needs to be with a nervous parent and most of all listens to you instead of leaving you feeling out of control at a time when feeling in control of something is what you need most.. His staff is excellent and professional in their job's but not so that you feel alienated in you time of stress. They really listen to you when most attorneys act like they have the law degree and know more than you. (I hate that) It is not about the money with them. They will fight far harder for you than most law offices will for a fair fee. It is a family office and they treat you as just that, family. You know Sierra Vista and it's military influence, I was the only one not military or ex military in the court room. Outside the court room everything would go my exes way because her and her husband would just talk military with the police and no matter how bad the things were that they did it would always go their way and later they would brag about the fact that they could do this, but in the court room with a very unbiased judge Mr. Bay's leveled the playing field against a what is known as a very, very capable attorney. It is very hard to get a relocation out of Arizona and not only did we win physical custody but also got the relocation. I can't thank Randy and his staff enough and I will never forget what they have done for my son and my family and continue to do even after the case was won to answer any questions I have had.

Randy Bays fought like a true champion for me. He was assertive and aggressive in court. A must for anyone who needs representation.
