Great, friendly.

I've been coming to Dr. Cousins for numerous years, and because of the great service here, I recommend friends and colleagues to see her. Scheduling is always easy, and she offers a lot of options for dental care. I love the professional environment and metro accessibility. She is patient and informative, and I feel safe in her hands!

My experience was outstanding. I remember, many years ago, when I was trying to find a dentist, I asked a Professor at the School of Dentistry at Howard University and he, without equivocation, recommended Dr. Cousins. The Doctor has lived up to all expectations.

All the staff at Dr. Cousins are caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Cousins cares about her patients and work with you anyway she can to ensure you receive the right treatment.

I had a fabulous visit with the entire office. The front staff are so warm and friendly. Everyone is so personal and caring. My insurance questions are always answered correctly and promptly. Just a great place to be and I highly recommend them!!!

Very diligent. Great customer service. The receptionist was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The billing specialist is top notch and followed through with my insurance company, so that I had nothing to think about. Dr. Cousins and her staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I wasn't sold many unnecessary things that some dentists try to do, but Dr. Cousins was upfront about my treatment. My husband comes here as well and we are both very pleased.

Dr Faith Cousins has had so many changes in staff that it now serves as a Red Flag. Liliana was the manager for 10 years or more. Laci is now the manager and over charges me constantly the last year. I will not go back to an office that: Overcharges, has a rude manager, a rude hygentist and a dentist that takes advantage of her patients. Been a patient for more than 15 years, and I have found a good dentist that has a pleasant staff and does not over charge.

I have been goint to this offic efor 5 years or so. Dr Cousins has always performed good work. But billing practices changed about 3 years ago and I am being overcharged. They are a preferred provider with my insurance, but are charging me more than the EOB and insurace rates. They will not give me a refund, rather a credit.I am not working this hard to spend my money!!!
