"Very accommodating! I have very strict moving restrictions from my landlord and you guys were awesome with helping me meet them! They really helped me in a sticky situation in which my landlord didn't help at all, but you guys pulled through and helped me out a bunch, thanks a lot elite.

When my wife gets frequently transferred from place to place we always use elite, always have always will. They are on their game every single time! Fast moving, Fast delivery, Fast pick up, Cheap costs, and some of the most kind people I have ever met in my life.

I only wish I would have looked for another moving company.  Might I suggest investigating with whom you are associated.  Read all the review on this company as there are several out there, and most recently they are not good to put it mildly.  



This company may be in violation of Fair and Ethical business practices, the Labor Law federal and State, Better Business and many more.  Perhaps, prior to publically supporting or endorsing them a little investigative work is needed.





WARNING - Elite Moving & Storage - WARNING - MUST READ - RUN THE OTHER WAY



Our moving company,  Elite Moving & Storage exaggerated their billing hours, failed to notify us of the packing materials form (no wonder they used shrink-wrap), damaged several pieces of our furniture, broke several glass items (glasses from our wedding, martini glasses that I've had for 12 years, 3 vases, juice cups, one crystal bowl) destroyed our TV stand (as all 4 legs were ripped off, the screws pulled right out of the sockets), did not reassemble multiple items that they moved (just found out that one as my large oak computer desk fell over on top of me last night), and not least of all damaged our new home.  They left stains on the carpeting, gouges in the wood flooring, ripped the carpet from the seems that had just been stretched by the Seller of our home (less than 6 months ago), damaged the walls (in some places past the dry-walling, scratched our oak kitchen cabinets), and the list continues.



Being a mother to two infants under 2 is hard enough, now when I am still unpacking I continue to find more broken and damaged items...it never ends.  I am left sitting on floor picking broken glass out of boxes, walking around the destroyed items as it is still in the shrink-wrap they placed it in.  It took me FIVE emails asking the owner of this company for permission to move the damaged items from the common area of our home due to the safety hazard to my children, they FINALLY responded.  So much for there care and concern and mission statement that they are all for Customer Satisfaction.     That's the funny part is they didn't even bother to use padding on a lot of items (hmmm, wonder how they got damaged?)  I wish we would have had a team to monitor them so we could have prevented all this from happening.  See, we moved from a high-rise condo, so monitoring all three movers at this time time proved rather difficult.        



There is no telling what the amount will be to all the items damaged, lost (because the inventory sheets are not accurate), destroyed.  Not to mentioned that on their Inventory sheet it listed how many stickers they used as we placed our items in storage first and then they were moved to our new home AND GUESS WHAT, not all the items they listed on our inventory sheet have been accounted for, so who knows what I am missing.



I have attempted to resolve this situation with the company, but everyone that I dealt with failed to listen from the dispatcher (Marie), to Sales Rep (Ben) to the Owner (Ira), who was not even reading the emails that I was sending.

They are stating because my husband signed that it's over with.  BUT as far as I am concern they breeched their own contract therefore making our signature null and void.



To ALL this is a WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM ELITE MOVING & STORAGE.



I have documentation and independent witnesses that I can provide along with a trail of emails and phone records.  anyone want photos?

I was scared to move for the first time, i had heard talks of moving companies scamming customers while moving and i was worried about getting scammed for my hard earned money. Lets just say elite moving put all of those qualms to rest in one fell swoop

The employees at elite are the best i've ever dealt with in terms of moving companies, respectful, kind, even good people to talk to. From the moment i called i was treated as a valued customer. The movers were really nice and fun to talk to. Defiantly the nicest staff i've ever seen.

I was original going to try to move my entire apartment myself but a close friend of mine recommended elite to me, and jeez am i happy he did. The movers were able to pack all of things and move them for super cheap, which really helps a broke college student. Thanks a bunch elite!

I gotta say, this had to be my fastest move in my life, and thats saying something, ive moved over 10 times! Elite was on time with the pick up and even early for the drop off! We were able to move our entire house in under 10 hours it was fantastic! From now on im always going to be using elite moving.

They worked really hard and were very fast! They were also so helpful.

The movers were great handling everything, wrapping everything very well, while still trying to go as fast as they could to save me money. There were truly amazing and wish I had more cash on me to tip!

For a first time move this company is outstanding! I had thought that a first time move would be a storm of problems, but as it turns out elite moving made the move hassle free and they were surely a saving grace in this first time move of mine. Elite moving i gotta say, you really pulled through for me thanks a lot!

Moving crew was exceptional. Very willing to do whatever was needed to make the move go as smoothly as possible. They moved with such caution nothing was damaged and everything went perfect. All of my items arrived at my house in mint condition

Your company, starting from my first call with the rep right through the end of the move was amazing and made for a far less stresfful move than I'd expected. The sales rep was the ONLY rep, of all the movers I spoke with, to really explain the whole process without me having to ask. And there's so much you don't know to ask. The movers were so fast and I never felt they were slowing down or dragging their feet to make it take longer so they could make more money. They worked their asses off. And they were very coordinated in their jobs so it was well choreographed. I couldn't be more pleased.

All of my items arrived at my new apartment on time and in a fashionable order. They picked up everything on time and moved with speed. We were able to move our entire house in less then 6 hours and unload everything only in 2 hours, it was a good deal.

All the movers were respectful and careful with my furniture. All of my items were moved perfectly and nothing was damaged or scratched. Most other moving companies will just move your items with speed and try to get the job done as fast as possible, not elite though, they move with caution and skill.

All of the other moving companies I've used in the past have either damaged my property and left a sour aftertaste in my mouth. Elite moving quelled all of those fears for me, respectful employees, fast moving policies, it was simply a great move!

Elite moving and storage has to be one of THE absolute best moving companies i have ever had the pleasure of using, from the first call to the end of the move they are respectful and easy to get a hold of. The owners are always there to talk to if theres an issue or a change of schedule.
