Mike Reed was awesome. He was so pleasant, professional and very accommodating. Tiffany Brown was the salesperson who worked with us to get a fantastic looking Nissan Murano (2018) and certified. The General Manager and the gentleman who helped us with the closing out the finance were excellent as well.

Everything was good and when we picked up the car it only had one key fob. They said we could get it at their cost and would cost about $250. Should have had two automatically for the customer. We shouldn’t have to pay for it. They should have told us there was only one before we went to get the car. We could have put it in the deal and be in our. Car note.
Went to service for the first time today. Was getting my first free oil change and the key fob has failed many times lately with the display would say key identification wrong and we couldn’t start the car. We had the battery changed ourself beforehand by Batteries and Bulbs a highly respectable business. Heather in service who was excellent changed the battery anyway and it checked out in service and checked ok at this time. I guess we’ll see if it happens again.
Being elderly and on a fixed income I think we were taken advantage of. They offered the fob for their cost which is about $250 and we don’t have the money to get one. What happens if that one key fob malfunctions?
That is why I give the sales department a two star. Service was 5 stars.

I went in to have a regular service of an oil change. After arriving, they found that my vehicle had 2 recalls. I appreciate the service department for always watching out for us! I always have the best service when we go to Supreme Nissan of Slidell!

bought my car from this nissan and also have repairs done by them as well i loved my salesman and i loved heathers Professionalism in ordering and getting the part that I needed really quickly with a great attitude my issue was fixed in no time ty soooo much Nissan and staff you guys are great my Salesman not only picked out a great car for me but also picked out a great car for my Fiance and he went above and beyond to help us i took one look at the car in my price zone and that he showed me and nailed it still loving my car to !

Went in for an oil change and asked to check front end. Found my shocks and springs needed to be replaced. Agreed to have work completed, then received call in the afternoon that front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. All that and still received my car the same day and the car was driving and braking much better. Thanks Dale!
