I really don't get the negative reviews. This place is one of the cleanest dog facilities I've ever seen. They take pitbulls, when other kennels don't. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable. They have coffee and popcorn for customers. I tend to wonder if these negative reviews are made by enemies of the company. The dogs are treated with love and respect by the staff. I've never personally had a problem, although I have seen customers complain about the most arbitrary things. Whatever the case may be, try Dogma out and have a tour and see for yourself.

Feb 2015 - We have recently used Dogma to board our dog and have been extremely disappointed. Our 6 month old puppy had been fully potty trained for two months before we boarded him for a week and now he is peeing in the house (he has had TWO accidents and has only been home for 4 hours). When he got home he couldn't get enough water. He was dying of thirst. Not to mention he had a ton of meals that they didn't feed him (they said he wasn't hungry bc he was getting too many training treats - if you knew our dog, you would know he is ALWAYS hungry no matter what) and he has a gash on his ear. Too bad this facility didn't work out for us because it is in such a convenient location. I will never take my dog there again.

I WENT IN HERE TO SEE WHAT IT WAS LIKE AND STOOD IN THE LOBBY FOR A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME BEFORE ANYONE EVER GREETED ME. THE STAFF WAS TALKING AMOUNGST THEMSELVES AND COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. I STILL WAS INTERESTED IN SEEING THE FACILITY AND WAS THERE TO LOOK AROUND.. THE EXTRA THINGS REQUIRED JUST TO WATCH MY DOG WAS RIDICULOUS. YOU COULD TELL THEY CARE MORE ABOUT THE DOLLAR THAN ABOUT DOGS. ITS SAD. I WOULDNT TAKE MY DOG THERE AFTER READING REVIEWS ON OTHER SITES.. FROM WHAT I READ ABOUT DOGS DYING AND OR GETTING HURT DUE TO OVER CROWDED PLAY GROUPS AND A STAFF THAT HAS NOT BEEN TRAINED PROPERLY.

MANAGEMENT IS CRAP THERE. PEOPLE I KNOW THAT WORK THERE GET PAID A WEEK LATE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES ONE BIT. ALL THAT MATTERS IS THAT THEY MAKE MONEY. THE PRICE I HAD TO PAY FOR MY DOG TO STAY AN AFTERNOON IS OUTRAGEOUS. THE PLACE IS ALWAYS BUSY, SO THEY GOTTA BE MAKIN ALOT OF MONEY. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO PAY YOUR HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES A WEEK LATE. THEY ALREADY DONT MAKE ENOUGH MONEY. I HOPE YOU CONSIDER ANOTHER OPTION FOR YOUR PUPS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT BUT THE MANAGER...I THINK HIS NAME IS CHRIS OR SOMETHIN IS AN IDIOT. UNTIL MANAGEMENT IS REPLACED DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS CRAP HOLE. JUST MY OPINION.
