The staff, particularly, Eric, the Office Manager, Assistants Ardita and Kim, as well as Dr. Martin and Dr. Brooks, were able to do something for my 16 year old son that has never been done before!! My son, totally petrified with fear, has refused Dental help. I am uncertain what has caused this or what sets if off, but Eric was able to talk to him in such a manner that he was willing to give it a try. By handling my son like the mature young adult he is, they accomplished more than anyone has been able to without major sedation. I am grateful beyond words!!!

I love the doctors and the way that they are experienced in making my daughter comfortable during her experience..but the long wait is redic. Appointment was for 2:45 didn't get called in the back until almost 4pm. And then had to go to another room to wait. Love the place but they seriously need to so something about the wait times.

Karli was so nice and helpful our first visit!!! This will be my 3 kids dentist office from here on!!!

Everyone was fast and polite. I went to have all my wisdom teeth pulled at once and was afraid. Dr.Ducksworth and his assistant Ardrita we're very confronting and professional. The Dr.had me laughing and was completely done b4 I knew it.Awesome experience '!!!

What a fantastic office!Dr.Ogundipe is the best dentist I have ever had. We followed her to this location because of it. The team leader Ms. Ruth has such a great personality and made me feel relaxed and right at home. I will also be bringing my son here, because I know he'll be in safe hands.

My experience was awesome. Kim has an excellent personality and great customer service skills. Dr.Brooks was amazing and caring.I arrived to my appointment late the receptionist wasn't very understanding but Dr.Brooks seen me anyway

Mrs. Ardelia and Dr. Brooks were amazing. They talked to me throughout to calm my nerves and answered all the questions I had. They're amazing at their job and because of them I no longer have cavities. The staff were very helpful and because they were bilingual they were able to communicate with my mom. I definitely recommend coming here.

I rate them a 10 star they went over & beyond the call of duty an amazing experience for my child & myself. Mrs. Joyce was so friendly, trust me when I say I trust will only them with the teeth of my entire family.

This office is in my provider network and right down the street, so I thought I'd give it a try. The office smelled like a dirty diaper as soon as you walked in. The parents didn't control their kids. The first lady that tried to help couldn't verify my insurance so she sent me on my way. I was able to verify exactly what she said she couldn't in less than 2 minutes and had to walk her through it. I don't like that they take the kids back and don't let the parents go back with them. I like to know exactly what is going on with my child. This was my first experience but will possibly be my last.

I've been attending Kool Smiles for a few years now and the staff is wonderful! Dr. Brooks and her assistant Ardita was very sweet and helpful today. I love it here!

Dr. Ducksworth and Kim his asst. are two of the best in the business. She relaxed and calm me down before the extraction and he performed the extraction painless and fast. The office girls all helped me get thru the process comfortably. This is going to be my dentist and dental office of choice from now on.

Dr. Ducksworth, Asst. Kim, and the entire staff was extremely nice and helpful to me. Dr. Ducksworth pulled my tooth with no pain to me, and I really appreciated that. Kim his asst. was very nice and really relaxed me. That is going to be my dental office of choice and Dr. Ducksworth is truly a gifted dentist.

My first time to the office was 7-9 the visit was great. Joyce and Diana was fast and friendly.

On my second visit 7/11 Kim and Dr Brooks made me feel like family . They took great care of my son . I drove over an hour away but it was well worth it. BEST SERVICE SINCE I MOVED TO ATLANTA AREA.

Good experience. I was impressed at the professionalism of the dental assistant, Ardeita and dentist, Dr. Martin. They made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable during the entire process.The front desk staff were nice and friendly. Good job by all.

I went for an extraction n I was so nervous but I had the most sweet, kind n caring assistant Ardeita she took care of me n make me feel relax through all the process with Dr. Ducksworth he was amazing too They were very professional n took care of my needs

My baby loves it here the staff was great very welcoming and the Trinh did my baby's cleaning she very gentle and sweet I highly recommend this place.

I went to kool smiles for an extraction. My assistant was Sonaica. She was very sweet and a great assistant. When it came to getting my extraction Dr Duckworth was explaining everything he was doing and also explained before he did it! I felt like I was in good hands! The whole office just had a good vibe. The girls were always smiling and laughing! You can tell they all get along well! Thank you kool smiles
