It is long story, started at beginning of this year. However, we finished this journey with joy and happines. Thank you Joseph.

The overall experience was great. It was a short process from selecting a car with the features that I wanted to the financing.

I bought a new passat and one of the automatic buttons on the drive side was sticking. Stone Mountain VW checked it out for me. It took a few minutes. Quick and efficient service.

I had a strange noise coming from behind the glove compartment. It sounded like a loud bumble bee. The technician discovered that a napkin had been sucked up into the vent. Easy fix. All is good.

We setup an appointment to talk to Greg Black. He was very kind and considerate and helped us through the process of purchasing a 2011 Tiguan that we had seen online. He answered all our questions and made sure that we understood everything throughout the process. We had a few questions about some light maintenance that needed to be done on the SUV, and he assured us that it would get done promptly and on our schedule which was great. So far, we have nothing but praise.

Lynda actually walked out in the rain to the car I wanted and checked the mileage while I waited on the phone. I showed up the next day and Dave made the deal happen with no drama. My experience at Stone Mountain VW was probably my best Volkswagen purchase thus far, and this is my seventh new VW. Phillip Franco, my sales representative, is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and most importantly, patient! I enjoyed test driving a couple of cars, and was impressed by the available inventory for my consideration, even though I had set my sights on a couple of models. Having made the decision to buy, business manager Rick Kiker expedited the process painlessly and I appreciate the expertise of individuals with the experience he has as a long time VW employee. Owning a VW is always fun; purchasing one sometimes not so much. This purchase at Stone Mountain was a fun, and positive experience. Thanks!
