Assistance was exceptional regarding my headlight replacement. However, upon my returning home I noticed a loose piece hanging out from the grille. It appears some sort of clip was broken during replacement and I was not advised, this needs to be addressed by the dealership and any parts broken need to be replaced at no cost.

Repair work and communication was good. Very disappointed with the level of customer care. When the car was returned to me it was not cleaned as it has been done in the past. I felt after spending almost $1300, VW could have at least detailed the car for me. The outside was washed but the inside was not cleaned. In the past, after a major repair the dealership would always return the car nicely detailed with paper floor mats as a courtesy.

We had an issue with our new Beetle that could have been "swiped under the carpet" but our concerns were taken seriously and we had the car towed as well as a loaner delivered in less the 45 minutes.... IMPRESSIVE!!!

Purpose was to find vehicle for son graduating from college.. initial contact came from Linda on an internet search. She was the first to telephone us to show interest in assisting. When we arrived at the dealership she introduced us to Stamos and told him which car she had already selected based on info given to her. Stamos immediately brought car around and detailed the features of the Passat.My son selected the color he wanted and then Stamos took us inside to start process of paperwork.He informed us of the possiblity of using the "GRADUATE PROGRAM" but my son had not confirmed employment at the time. We decided that a lease would best fit our need to keep s low monthly payment as our son starts his career. Initially the payments seemed a little to high for "his budget" since income was unknown. Stamos gave us time to talk among the family and when we explained the payment might be out of reach for our son, he showed understanding. He brought in sales manager George who listened to our concern and then offered to recalculate the pricing while offering us free BBQ outside. George and Stamos reworked the payments to our satisfaction and the deal was done! When all paper work was completed with finance manager, Stamos gave my son a tour of the features and operations of the Passat and set up the bluetooth capabilities for him. A very complete demonstration was helpful to our son .

Greg Black is simply fantastic. I was very hesitant since I was treated very poorly when I purchased my previous vehicle from another dealership. Greg made me feel very comfortable and I immediately trusted him and the process. I went in just to have my Sienna appraised to see if a trade would be possible and left with a Routan that day.
