Soooo my step mother has been in the market for 3 months and has been to couple big dealers and hasn't been able to purchase a newer car, on our way back from a dealer we stopped into a place in Lowell called the owl dinner where we met a women named Shy (amazing) who told us about Johns Auto Sales, we have heard from ppl in the past who sent us to other dealers and we were not impressed and told our selfs NO MORE LISTENING TO ANYONE!! BUT FOR SOME REASON ‍ Speaking with Shy gave us HOPE weeks went by, we had a family get together in Cambridge and I thought of her and said let's take a ride over. At first we were approached by Paul, looked at each other and started walking back to the car, when I remembered Shy words "there's no other dearler out there that can do what the Owner John can and will do" She was right!! Without even mentioning her we were able to buy 2 cars!! GO TO JOHNS WE DID AND WE LOVED IT.. Ps thanks Kevin and Rocco

My husband and I recently went to John's Auto Sales to look at cars. While they did not have what we were looking for, Paul V was incredibly helpful. He drove us to a separate location that held much of their inventory and let us drive all the cars we desired. There was no pressure to buy anything and he steered us away from cars that weren't a good fit.

They worked with me on what was not only a difficult sale, but also a difficult trade. I am very happy with the financial deal that I got and the condition that the car is in. It is absolutely stunning! Plus, this team is so well networked in the area that they can help you do everything. They traded plates, registered my car, advised on transitioning my license, and gave me other extras that just made me feel really cared for.

i called them. next day i went over and said goodbye to my lovely little 2007 toyota corolla. i knew the condition it was in, and what it was worth at an auto place vs selling to an individual online. i brought my kelly blue book value, and he asked me honestly what i thought it was worth and we negotiated to a price we were both okay with. johns son was in the office with us, working at another desk. and his wife's artwork is up on the walls. the amount of people and noise was a little overwhelming for me, but john himself was very nice. they dropped me at the train after we signed all the paperwork, and that gentleman and i had a very nice conversation for the short drive. i would recommend.

John himself is an excellent person. He took good care of me and my family. His crew was very nice and always helpful. Bought a car with them and i love my car. I advise anybody to come to johns auto sales you will be taken care of . Thanks John and everyone .

My husband and I were treated so good today at John’s Auto. Joey, Mark and John were very professional. I will definitely be purchasing all of my cars from here in the future. We love our BMW X3. Thank you gentlemen for making us so happy today with our new car!

I just bought a used 2008 Cadillac SRX from them, the car is in great condition, and the finance guy Rocco went above and beyond to get us a stellar interest rate for our loan. I would recommend them to any and everyone. I am writing this review 3 weeks after my purchase, the car is is perfect running condition(had my mechanic friend look at it) and the few minor repairs it needed(cracked headlight and missing windshield washers) they replaced with no hassle or fuss

I bought a 12 year old car with low mileage and **** gave me a 60 day warranty. A couple of unexpected things did come up in the first 30 days. **** stood by his warranty and replaced a throttle assembly and four new tires, and **** in the shop fixed the car with great expertise.

(Just ask*john lofty) if you are looking for a ride with class , if he ain't got it he will get it (Just ask* john lofty) he sales the best.

Both times, the staff bent over backwards to help us. Answered a ton of questions, let me test drive whatever I wanted and worked with me to help stay in my price range. When it came to financing the vehicle, they made sure I got the absolute best deal. As far as getting your car serviced after the purchase, it was never a problem. I would drop off my car and it was waiting there when I needed to pick it up.

John the owner is a great guy and if you need a car he will help you. Some people are never happy no matter how good you treat them so dont believe everything you read. Like i said before....if you need a car he will help you

I like they have a lot to offer. Their website photos are really nice too!. I was bummed they didn't have a cappuccino machine, but the sales people are really nice to work with.

We have researched for a "new" car for quite sometime using the internet to see what prices were and variety. This car was on the lot for over a month as we kept checking and then it got marked down $1000 and that's when we went to look at it and ended up purchasing this car. Pretty easy transaction as we had a budget for a car and were not going over it and we accomplished that.

Great service. Not your fancy car dealership with high overhead but fair deals and everyone there from the owner on down were respectful, reasonable and fair.. Be sure to do your own due diligence.

I've known John a long time. he is a great guy and you can pretty well believe what he said is the truth.

I went to buy a car when I go to test drive it the finance guy has taken it home. Not just once but twice. When my husband ask why he continues yo drive the car after we left a deposit to purchase it. He gets into an agrument saying my husband has no right to ask him about anything. Then I go to pick up the car after my husband test drove it and the car was suppose to be there by 4pm ready cleaned and serviced. Car didn't arrive till 6pm. Car was not service car had no gas, no oil and not even a drop of wiper fluid but yet I waited 2hrs for it to arrive, and was told it was at the mechanic since 9am that morning being serviced. I was ask if I wanted to keep my plates from the car that I traded in, I said yes. But when I was given the car they told me I couldn't keep my old plates. So now almost 2 months later I still have not received a receipt stating my plates have been returned to the registry. I just called and spoke to Mark in finance and he yelled at me was extremely rude when I ask if there was a chance my plates were on another car. Which is not a stupid question seeing the register has not contacted me. Except for saying I owe for a toll that I never went through. He accused me of disrespecting him. Started raising his voice and calling me out of my name. I have never been treated so terrible. This is my second time purchasing from John this time around its all new staff. I would not recommend anyone purchase a car here. I planned to call the better business bureau and help me Hank! I suggest anyone else who has had issue with them do the same.

I have been buying my cars from Johns Auto Sales for the past 15 years. The whole staff is great to work with. John is a great guy he gives me a great deal every time I buy something new from him. I rjust bought 2 Trucks from him last week a Chevy Suburban and a Ford Explorer. I got both trucks with full tanks of gas and they were detailed and very clean and the mechanics went thru the trucks and we went over everything together that I has concerns about and John made them fix everything I asked for. The salesman that helped me this time was Joey M he was very helpful and got me in these trucks right away. Chris and bobby the 2 finance managers made the process easy for me explained everything to me and I was on my way. They even registered both trucks for me there. I didn't have to wait at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone, I am actually bringing my daughter there tomorrow to buy a new car. Thanks John and your staff for the great service you provide to your customers.
