I'm very happy with what everdry did with solving our water in basement problem Jr Griffith Indiana 46319

To all whom installed a basement back-up battery system in the last seven years I am here to tell you that they now have a maintenance free back up battery. They were out to install the new battery and pump. They quoted us the exact cost before they arrived and that was the charge when they left. Everdry did a check of the rest of the system to make sure all was running and looking good and replaced a few other things too. I would have ranked them with the fifth star if the men would have had booties on their shoes to prevent the water on the carpet in the basement. Thanks Everdry for being professional as always

I was very pleased with the work Everdry completed. We have had so much rain since their work was completed and my crawlspace has remained dry. Before they came to do their work, every time it rained it was like someone turned on a faucet down there. The water just flowed in. Not only is my crawlspace dry, it smells so much better! Our basement was moldy and wet. We were contacted by Everdry and decided to let them come in and give us an estimate. In 2 1/2 days the work was completed. The crew that did the work was quick, courteous and very polite. The clean up was to the best that could have been done under the circumstances. The crew leader told me to just call and they would come out and help put heavy items back in place. We have not had major issues so far and I feel confident that they will take care of it if there is. Some caulking was not done and within a few days they were out and corrected that. I would recommend EverDry to anyone that have issues with a wet basement.

We purchased an EverDry System in 2008. The crew that did the installation was quick, courteous, and cleaned up very good.

We have had a couple of maintenance issues since our install and they were taken care of quickly.

Our original problem of perpetually a wet basement has gone away.

Would and have recommend EverDry to others.

Everdry came about a month ago to inspect our system after we had a minor concern. They explained what the issue was and were wonderful to work with.

I live near Lake Michigan so some water would accumulate in the basement during heavy rain. I tried running a dehumidifier, but it barely made a dent in the moisture. I looked into waterproofing and found that Everdry was highly recommended. My experience so far has been great. The crew that came out for the install was quick and courteous. The system has been working flawlessly outside a slight hiccup stemming from the install, but Everdry had a tech out to my house within 30 minutes of my call and I haven't had any issues since. I would definitely recommend Everdry.

Overall we are happy with Everdry Waterproofing. The lifetime warranty is a very wonderful thing and helps us to feel safe and secure. At this point they have replaced two sump pumps and dug out concrete and replaced where it had gone bad, all of which was covered under the warranty. My husband and I recently purchased a home with everdry waterproofing. We decided to take advantage of their winter tune up special to check things over. When I called to set up an appointment, the staff was efficient and friendly. The appointment was set up within less than a weeks time and we reside in Jackson, MI. When the service tech arrived at our home, he was polite and professional and answered all of our question re: operations of the system as we had been unaware of how it all worked due to purchasing a home with it already being installed. They did an excellent job on our crawl space, no issues whatsoever. Work was completed in a timely manner.

We had our house waterproofed and we haven't had a drop of water since. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing problems with water leakage. They cleaned up all of their mess, too.

They did all the work exactly like they said and the water on our floors left. However the moisture on our walls returned. Thinking we got hooked with a fake "lifetime warranty" we lived with it. Recently we saw EverDry at a county fair. As I shared my displeasure with the young lady she insisted that they come out and inspect. After the inspection they came with a crew to address the problem promising to stay on the issue until the moisture stops.

Needs more than 5 stars! When they did our basement have not had any problems with water coming in. They did a great job cleaning up too. Had to call one time and they were prompt on it. Thank you guys so much!
