Tom was very helpful and friendly and I highly recommend him and Volkswagen Southtowne. I came down to trade in my VW Bug and he guided me towards a new Jetta that better fits my current needs.

My experience here was very enjoyable. The salesman was very infomative, took the time to find out what it was that I was really interested in and then proceeded to help me find that car. They were very couteous, informative and the whole process was very enjoyable.
