Very overpriced, different staff almost every time I go in there, checks eBay for prices. Pretty much the same complaints as everyone els. Avoid this store.

This would be a great store! But, prices are way to high and most of the games do not have prices on them. And when they do have prices you can find the same two games and they have totally different prices. There manager is a weirdo he where's is sunglasses inside. Service is mediocre at best. I would say to the owner to hire a new manager that has experience and knowledge in the field he is working

I got ripped off when buying a DS game. Most of the games don't have prices on them so you have to ask them for it and they just go back to their computer and look at going prices online. Now this isn't bad but what they do is look at the

went in specifically to buy a wireless controller attachment for my wii . one of the employees sold me the controller attachment that was actually for the old nintendo snes. when I went to return it unopened. they told me instead of the original $25 I can only get $15 in store credit. I asked see the manager and he wasn't even there. in fact I was asked to come back in a few hours when the manager would finally be there. this was at 2 o'clock p.m. on a Thursday.so now I have to take more time and go back up there. Hopefully their service and proof because if it doesn't I will never shop there again.

It's a fresh new business, and they are just now getting things together. Hours are posted and the staff is awesome. They make me feel like part of a family aND are attentive as possible whIle trying to get the place all fixed up. I really think this place is going to do great. So much better then gamestop!!! We need more places like new super gametime. Keep up the work guys!!

I am writing this review based on personal experience. when I walked into Super Game Time for the first time, I felt something I haven't felt in a long time the good feeling you get if you are a gamer and you were a fan of funco land. As soon as I walk through the door I was greeted, and any questions I had asked were answering very professionally and with great enthusiasm. they have a great selection of retro and modern games and game accessories including systems. They offered me great deals on trade ins especially on things I was not using anymore. One of the things I like most about this place is that I feel like it brings back the lost art of bartering, a sales associate there had told me if I find a game they are selling in a store not online for a cheaper price that they would match it and they did. it is very difficult to find retro game stores but also cells New Age games as well. I feel that the store will be a great addition to Southgate and I hope everybody will support them and keep them here for a long time.

I have been to this place a few times now and every time I have to wait 15mins to get help. No prices on their games just like there were no prices on their games when they were set up at the Gibraltar trade center, the reason for this is not because they are not open its because they are basing their prices on ebay and the prices change from day to day. I would say yeah that would be cool, but they are so much more expensive then ebay. I went there over the weekend looking for a used wired PS3 controller ,,, cool they have a ton so i pick one up thinking ok i will spend no more than $10.00 on this gamestop brand used controller, NO! once i waited the 15 mins to get help i was told $20.00 . Now if you were to actually go to gamestop they have the same one new for $20.00. The charm of this place has worn off quickly they have alot of cool things to look at but expect to do 2 things, wait and pay more money. Save your money and time and buy on ebay. One more thing, i went in there on a Monday and was told Metroid prime 2 was $13 went back 2 days later to buy it and they said it was now $29.99.

The place hasn't even had a grand opening yet; that's on May 15th. They are still setting everything up, hence the lack of posted hours and perhaps a lack of quality service. They open at about 1PM every day until the grand opening, save Sundays wherein the store is opened up at about 3PM.

I passed up two Gamestops to come here after hearing a couple good things. I got here on a Tuesday about 1230pm and it was closed so I waited till 100pm and still nothing. There is not any hours posted anywhere to tell me when to come back and no answer from the phone number they have listed. Needless to say they lost my business.

I'll give it no more than three because of their really cool variety of games unlike most places. But it's 1:30pm and they're not open and no answering phone calls. I can't seem to find hours anywhere. And the one time I have actually been able to come in and see the collection I waited for 10 minutes to be helped and was not assisted by anyone. (All I needed was a price which they don't have on anything so they look it up on a computer.) it's potentially a super cool place but man is the service bad.
