I've been in Dallas for 35 years and seen a lot of A/C and plumbing repair technicians. No one even comes close to the professional, polite, personable and trustworthy employee you have. If quality, trust and excellent customer service is important to you...then Berkeys is the company you want to hire. I've used for several years now and will not use another company.

Tried to charge me $1700 for a job that should have cost around $300-$400. The plumber admitted that it would not take him longer than 4 hours to do the work, but he couldn't just charge me a reasonable hourly rate. I ended up finding a plumber that could and paid less than 25% of the cost that Berkeys tried to make me pay.



I was shocked by the price and had to pay a stupid $69 fee for the privilege of being ripped off.

I won't be using them again. They advised me that they'll be charging $69 just to come out and look at the problem. My garbage disposal was broken and I wanted to have it taken out and redone with just straight piping. When the plumber arrived he started pressuring me into putting a new unit because it was a nice kitchen and we're living in the 21st century, etc. He charged me $487 for the job and when I received the invoice, he billed me $99 for their membership even though I didn't ask for it (I didn't even know about it until I saw the invoice). Now I'll have to call them back and cancel it.

I called this company to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. The bid was a LOT more than the other bids received. As I looked over the bid there were charges for a "Service Agreement" and other charges that made no since. I paid the $69.00 "service fee" (no work done just a fee to see how much the job will be) and ask the guy to leave. I call another company and the price was less than one third of their bid with excellent results.
