Provided by YPmobileHorrible service and they lack integrity. They do not own up to their own mistakes, which they make quite often, and do not give refunds when you deserve them.

Provided by YP.comIn the last 3 weeks our trash has only picked up 2 times. We have called in to office and have been told that the truck was broke down or that there was a death in the family. The odd thing is that our neighbors trash is being picked up. I called Thursday and was told that they would pick it up. And called Friday and was told that they would call the driver and that it would be picked up. No on has showed up. We paid for 3 months in advance and for nearly a month of that there has been no service. I expect your company to deliver service that we have paid for. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!

Provided by YPmobileThis is the worst company ever!! They don't show up on scheduled pickup days. They threw away my $100.00 garbage can. They refuse to return any phone calls, I've been calling and leaving messages for management to call me back for 2 months now. They throw your garbage cans down on the ground after emptying them. After I called to complain about them throwing my garbage can away they have now resorted to throwing large jagged pieces of glass in my driveway,I recorded him doing it, 2 handfuls I picked up. These people are crooks, i refuse to deal with them any longer.

Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE. Been with them for 8 weeks and they missed picking up 4 weeks out of the 8. Have to call and beg them to pick up. Then I get false promises, so many excuses it's unbelievable. STAY CLEAR of this company.

Provided by YPmobileI started services with them at the end of March. Paid up 3 months worth of service. They showed up 1 week and for 3 weeks in a row nothing. Have not received any kind of communication from them. And I called and got "credited" for lack of pickup but They show when they want. My trash is still waiting on them since Friday. And cannot get sold of anyone at their office.

Provided by YP.comI pay for twice weekly garbage pickup. They have missed us several times in the last weeks. Last Friday they did not come at all and now today it is almost 3PM and they still have not arrived. I called and they claim they are short handed but will have it picked up by 5PM. This is just not good.

Provided by YP.comi don't know what is going on with this company but I give up. I have paid on time and yet they have not picked up my trash for 3 weeks. I call and complain and they say the truck broke down, they have drivers out sick, they will get to it tomorrow (and they don't). I have seen trucks in my area but not my street. I will be switching companies - for good.
Today, I can't reach a person only a busy signal after numerous attempts. I should have switched last time but didn't. Stupid me.
UPDATE: June 22nd. Manger was extremely apologetic about the disruption of service. However service has not improved as of yet. Still missed last two pickups. Thank goodness I only have one more week of this nonsense.

Provided by YP.comI have been with them for many years---off and on have had problems with the trash not getting dumped on the day it was suppose to---I have a dumpster that has a wheel off and needs to be fixed---turned it in last year ---dogs can get into it and drag trash every where---I have gotten rude remarks made to me on the phone ---gone down and requested a new trash can --only to be told they got a new batch and are working on getting them delivered---and not get one--- you would think they would treat the old customers better because they are paying and pay them regularly----and once again my trash dumpster that tilts to one side--- is pouring out---and is completely full--- because no one dumped it last week----on my promised to be dumped every Wednesday----They have lately provided trashy service--- I am sick of the bad service---bad personel attitudes----oh and there's a rumor going around they are selling----they said they weren't---- if they can't manage well---then clean house and get someone that can---if you can't provide good service because you over extended yourselves---down size and stick with your regulars and keep them happy ---because you are fixing to lose them to the competition because you can't service them properly

Promised pickup on fri am but they haven't hit that mark in three weeks. Now that I've asked for a refund and to discontinue my (nonexistent)service they wont return my repeated emails or calls. Steer clear of these dishonest,unreliable,lying weasels!!!

Provided by YP.comPoor, poor service!!! Our pickup day is on Tuesdays, and rarely is our trash picked up on the scheduled day. After making several complaints this week because it was Friday and the trash was still not picked up, I requested to talk to the manager, I was told that the office manager was not available. I went into the office and they still refused to let me talk to the manager even though I could hear the managers talking in the back. I then requested my money back, and I was told that the manager would have to approve that, and that they would get back with me. I refused to leave the office until they could guarantee that they pick up my trash that day or give me a refund. I was ignored for approximately 20 minutes until a man came into the office and requested to speak to manager whom he had talked to earlier that day. He was told that she was not available, and he said I talked to her earlier, and she told me to bring my income taxes in so that she could prepare them. Really??? He was then told to wait. They proceeded to then give me cash out of the register because I refused to leave and I would see that the office manager was in fact available. Running a tax business out the office...very unethical. We are done with this company!!!!

Provided by YPmobileI have neen fighting with this company for over 3 months to get them to honor their contract. They are supposed to provide a serviceable dumpster for the term of the contract signed.
The dumpster is rusted out in the bottom. The holes are large enough to allow big dogs ( app 70 lbs) to crawl inside and spread debris all over the property. When they dump it into their service truck, trash falls from the dumpster onto the ground.
Looks like I am going to need a lawyer to make them honor their contract.

Provided by YP.comTRUST ME A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I PAID $95 FOR THREE MONTHS. WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE GOTTEN MY TRASH PICKED UP 5 TIMES ALREADY. THEY'VE ONLY PICKED IT UP ONCE. CALLED EVERY SINGLE TIME. TOLD ME TO PUT IT OUT FOR THE NEXT PICK UP DAY. AND NOTHING. THE ONLY REASON THEY EVEN PICKED UP MY TRASH THAT ONE TIME IS CAUSE I CALLED 5 TIMES THAT DAY TO MAKE SURE THEY PICK IT UP. AND THEY STILL NOT PICKING UP MY TRASH. TRUST ME FIND SOMEBODY ELSE THESE GUYS ARE TRASH (PUN INTENDED)

Provided by YP.comi was in the subdivision office speaking with office personnel and other residents in the neighborhood. 7/15/2011 Any gentleman (around 50+) came into the office inquiring who he needed to call to report illeage dummping. As he explain he had a dumpster which the driver empty the dumpster in his yard and took the dumpster. Office suggested that the call the environmental department.
There was about 10 residental in the office. As we discussed the matter we were all looking for another trash services and I had strongly consider this company. This accordingly to office several residents had previously report a similar situation.
Word of mouth will either make or break a business. I hope the company truly investigate this issue and not just dismiss it as a disgruntal customer.

Provided by YP.comI pay for twice a week pick up service- Most of the time I only get once a week pick up service. They make excuses that they are really busy and short handed. That is not my problem- I pay for a service- I should have it fulfilled. They keep raising their rates and the service keeps getting worse.
This review needs clarification- This customer's complaint came after we were closed for Christmas and New Years Days and did not pick up trash those two days. Our rates have increased slightly,due to fuel and landfill increases and never are we too busy to hear and take care of a customer. Every effort is made to accomdate all of our customers and thier needs but when we do not operate one day there is a tremendous amount of work. As I am sure everyone realizes after Christmas especially; most everyone has addition service needs. We are a small but growing company.That growth is largely due to our strong commitment to quality service. Our cost of service is substantially less than the big named companies around.
