I have feeling that this person who complained about this Dentist is making it up... I have been with my wife each time she has had appointment with this Dentist....The staff is always great to be around & are very professional in every way possible...As mentioned by another person ...They Bend Over Backwards To Assist You... The Dentist is one of the nicest people I have know & trust him entirely with the way he has treated my wife..He is very respectfully to every one who comes into his office...It is a very relaxing place to be in every time we visit..The front office person is a joy to be around...she handles every situation perfectly & very professionally... The Dentist is very experienced & will listen to your problem & come up with a great solution for the individual...I have great respect for this Dentist as he shows he does know what he is doing & does his job with the utmost care to the patient..It is always a pleasure to have to visit his office & staff...My family will always use This Dentist for any problems we have...I respect his judgement & manners as well as his decisions on how to fix the problem I noticed that the one complaint that was filed did not sign their name . That tells me alot Kathleen & Ernie...

Just got back from my latest dentist appointment with Dr Scarborough and wanted to share a couple of thoughts. I do not enjoy going to dentists or health physicians but like a good auto mechanic that you can trust, I feel this Dr. is a keeper. I totaly trust his judgement, work and his honesty. He does all of the procedures so I am never sent to another dentist, and for me, he has always done a great job. I get the feeling and my wife agrees that if we were ever not totally satisfied with his work, that he would make it right. He is very picky in his work. This doctor is truly worthy of taking care of yours and my teeth. Thanks, Don W

I have always received compliments on my smile until I visited here. Awhile ago I cracked my front tooth, and reading the reviews here I thought I would get great service. I made an appointment explaining the situation and after confirming I cracked my tooth the dr told me there would be a chance of it falling off, and if so it would be more expensive a procedure, but instead of fixing it he made an appointment for me a week out. I paid in full and in cash before my initial appointment. The dr seemed surprised I was able to keep my tooth from falling off (which led me to wonder if he wasn't hoping for the more expensive procedure). The procedure took 3 hours, with at least an hour of waiting for him, and the front tooth he gave me had a discolored yellow spot sealed into the middle and didn't even match the color next to the other front tooth. He also forgot to fix the bite before I left and I couldn't close my mouth the whole night. I was able to get in the next day to fix the bite, and waited for over an hour just to see him then we decided to put bonding on the non broken tooth to make it match the newly fixed one, but he couldn't even do that right, the color he chose was even darker than the fake tooth he put on and didn't cover the entire tooth properly so it catches on stuff when I eat and has a white ring around it where my real color is. I will never go here again, and would never recommend this place to anyone. Having gone to several dentists and keeping up on my smile over 18 years I put time and money into making my smile look nice, but this place ruined it and is truly was the worst place I have ever visited.

i came over to spokane to visit my mom and my teeth were bothering me and i asked her if she knew a good dentist she refered me to dr. scarborough they got me in that afternoon got free x rays and exam, and had some work done. it was overall the best experience i have ever had he even fit me in the schedule that day without interrupting other peoples appointments. everyone was very friendly. when i got the shots to numb my mouth i didnt even feel it like i do at other dentist office. i got all my work done that day. i even had a root canal done and i didnt have to wait for a tempory crown i got my crown within in 30 min. best experience i ever had. i highly recomend dr scarborough =)

In addition to being young and hot as Leah's review says....Dr. Scarborough and his staff saved me from what could have been a catastrophe. I'm leaving on July 9th for Europe for 5 weeks. My bridge had a crack in it that got worse over the past week. Sue, the wonderful woman who handles appointments & insurance, got me in for x-rays yesterday and Dr. Scarborough was very concerned about me going there with my bridge in it's current state, possibly cracking the root and causing major problems. They got me in today and made my 4 hour dental appointment as easy and painless as possible. Dr. Scarborough's bedside manner is unbelievable- he explained everything he was doing while doing it. Not only that, he is a perfectionist and wants to do the best job possible. And to top it all off, my new bridge will be ready the day before I leave Washington for 3 months. He's coming in on his week off to put it on- leaving his family reunion and driving two hours just to do this. Amazing.

While he's young and hot, he is also a great dentist. Dr. Scarborough made the time i spent getting my root canal as painless as possible. My crown was ready in a little over a half hour. I would suggest that anyone sees him and his awesome staff.
