I've been to Pounder's on several occasions, I really enjoy the atmosphere and the warm welcome I receive from the owner. I also appreciate the fact that there's art for all budgets. When you walk in, you are walking into an "art explosion". Its not the sterile environment that you expect in a typical jewelry shop.

I had visited this place with my fiancee to shop for our wedding. The rings we chose were extremely intricate with a nice wedding pattern on them. More so, the price was much less compared to the prices in the other jewelry stores we had visited and above all they are all Hall Mark gold.

The service is very attentive and more important to me, they base their sales around your budget, needs, and their expertise. They never tried to sell us the biggest and most expensive ring. Instead they focused on finding the best value and finding the best fit. I'm impressed!

My daughter was getting her haircut near Pounder's and I wanted to get my wedding ring cleaned. I went to Pounders and asked for a cleaning. To my surprise, the man behind the counter asked me what I did for a living because I was just about to lose my diamond! It was closing time and he said one of the jewelry repair people would take care of it for me immediately - for FREE. What WONDERFUL customer service.

I recommend this jeweler! The diamonds are some of the best I have ever seen, seriously. I know I will be back, especially for the Pandora Charms!

I had an old Rolex watch which I took here for repair. They gave me an estimated quote and time frame for delivery. Went back after 2 days to collect my watch and was amazed to see the difference. The watch looked almost new, because they serviced it and cleaned and polished it too. Excellent Service!!

I took my wedding band here for repair because it had gone out of shape and the color was getting different. They did a good job to get the band into shape and also cleaned and polished the ring. They even offered a trade-in for a new ring with a difference in amount to be paid. I am contemplating the trade-in but will need to speak to my husband before that.

They have beautiful, intricate patterns fo jewelry be it rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. They have them all and in variety!!
