I had family diamonds to use for my wedding ring. I was supposed to see a proof of the wax and decide what metal I wanted to use. They casted it without me approving the design and used metals I had decided I didn't want and was going to discuss options when I looked at the proof. The salespeople only seem to care about commissions and not the customers. They may be fine for jewelry that's already manufactured, but I wouldn't trust them for custom work.

My husbands grat grandparents came here all the time so it was only right I did to get his wedding ring. I brought in his great grandpas ring and had them take out the diamonds from there and put into his wedding ring along with an inscription. They were very helpful in explaining prices and doing everything the way I wanted to make it perfect. Would definately recommend!

Re-set diamonds in 14k white gold and this gold turns yellow every 3 months. They claim I need to come in every few months to have it re-rodiumed. They use inferior quality white gold and never admitted to making a mistake. The worst buying experience of my life.
