I have lived at Lakewood Village for 9 years, and have had such a great experience. It's a safe community and the staff are very helpful! It's also conveniently located close to shopping and dining, and this area just continues to grow.

I have lived in my apartment at Lakewood Village for 14 years. I love it here. The pool is great in the summer. We have a Fitness Center and the walking trail behind us is really nice. All the staff is reliable and very nice. I don't plan to live anywhere else.

With my wife and children, I have lived here for a few years. And we appreciate all the conveniences it provides for us. My kids adore the swimming pool and going outside to play and explore the hiking trails. And I enjoy unwinding on the sunbed. Every time we needed something repaired, the experience was fantastic. It's in a great area that's hidden from the activity of S Campbell but surrounded by greenery, making it a wonderful, quiet place. whatever you require! Due to the amazing advantages and location, I recently renewed my lease for another year.

I have lived here almost 7 years. It’s a great place to live. I really enjoy the pool, and the greenway trail. The location in Springfield is perfect. Doug has been a great resident manager. He is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I have lived at Lakewood Village for 8 years. I feel very safe and have never had any issues. There is close dining and shopping options which is very convenient. The staff are also amazing and will help you with anything you need!

I love living at Lakewood Village! It is in a safe and quiet area, and the neighbors are super quiet as well. Management is helpful and I really enjoy taking walks on the trail behind the complex. Overall, I love living at the complex and I'm glad that I found this hidden gem.

These apartments offer a nice, quiet location with several amenities. I’ve loved my stay here over the past year and I really enjoy the nearby walking/biking trail! The property staff is very helpful and prompt. I look forward to re-leasing for another year!

I have lived at Lakewood Village for 7 years now. It’s a safe environment and conveniently located near shopping and dining. The staff are awesome and very helpful too.

The reasons I chose Lakewood Village are the same reasons why I decided to renew my lease: partial utilities included, internet, w/d hookups, pantry, plenty of storage and the vaulted ceiling in the living room. Plus there is a small gym, pool and an onsite laundry facility. The new online portal is also helpful for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests.

I've been here for a couple of years now and it was an easy decision to renew once again. They periodically update their services and access to features like their payment portal. The grounds are kept well maintained year-round and they just recently did some work on the parking lots. Marian N.

This is a lovely place to live. It's right down the road from the public library and a neighborhood market Walmart. There's also a trail that neighbors that apartments.

We have lived at Lakewood Village Apartments since March of 2014. It is the only apartment complex we have lived in since moving to Springfield.
We really enjoy being here, it s a family friendly area with great amenities, a walking trail that is really nice.
The management is very professional and is always on top of any need we may have. We really do recommend this place to anyone.

Quiet, clean complex with easy access to Ward Branch Greenway. No problems with the neighbors. Plenty of closet and storage space. Feels safe.

My daughter and I have rented from Lakewood Village for 4 years now. We are getting ready to sign a new lease. The location is perfect for us, as its close to both of our jobs. We love the walking trail and the pool. Doug the manager is super friendly and very helpful.

We have been impressed by how quickly the maintenance team responds to requests. I would recommend Lakewood for the professionalism of the staff.

Great place to rent, lots of storage inside and access to Ozark Greenway Trail outside. Super pet friendly!
