We love living at Lakewood Village! I have been at Lakewood for a total of ten years and have never had any complaints. Maintenance is always same day, the amenities cannot be beat and the locations is fantastic for my job. We plan on being here for ten more years! Mason H and Sara W

There is no better place to be than at Lakewood apartments. The location is on a main road to everything you could want yet just far enough away that you can still have peace and quiet.

I've lived on this property for over five years now and just signed another year lease. This apartment is in a great location and has great perks. They have vaulted ceilings, a pool, walking trail, and a gym! Everything you need in a great quite location right off of S Campbell.

I've lived at Lakewood Villiage for 2 years now, going on my third. It's affordable, clean and quiet.

Lakewood Village is located on the south side of Springfield, just off James River Freeway. It is close to everything! Grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc. The complex is off the main road, on a quiet street, and is a short walk from a greenway trail section. The grounds are well maintained too. Pet friendly, and reasonable rent for the amenities and the location! -Alex JD

Been here a yeah and I love it! Quiet area and the trail is nice too! Friendly staff and will help you with whatever you need.

My son and I have lived at Lakewood Village Apartments for going on 7 years. We love the location (Andy's and Famous Daves are within walking distance). We often enjoy the pool, walking trail and basketball court. The Wooten Company do a great job at managing this property.

Just signed my second-year lease. The location is wonderful, nice and quiet. The staff is pleasant, always eager to help. We will definitely be here long term.

I have lived at Lakewood for about a year and I love it! Great size, great price, great amenities, and great location!

I’ve been with Lakewood for about 15 years. I haven’t had any complaints other than the occasional loud neighbor. It’s in a great location outside of city limits. The walking trail is a bonus. John A.

this is a great place to live and located close to all the necessities as well! Cant go wrong with a place that offers all the proper amenities and a gym to go along with it . A place where my dog and I can walk and when I need time to myself I have my own Gym .! cant go wrong with lakewood village !

I have been at Lakewood Village Apartments for one year now and have decided to renew lease. Complex has great facilities and a perfect location. Extremely happy with management here.

Very nice location, doesn't take long to get to most places. Has plenty of nearby food places, along with a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Sam's Club, and the Library Center practically across the street. Apartments are laid out well, and the office workers genuinely seem to care about their residents. The grounds are cleaned/taken care of regularly, and overall the area seems very safe.

If you are moving to Springfield check out the Wooten Co. and Lakewood Village apartments! We’ve lived here for a year now and love it. It’s a great location, and has everything we need in a short drive. Great management here and they respond quickly to any needs and concerns. I highly suggest checking them out!

I have really enjoyed living here! I haven't had any issues and the staff is very nice! The grounds are kept clean and there is an awesome walking trail!
