I have lived here almost a year and a half and have enjoyed every minute of it. It is quiet, well kept and animal friendly. The grounds are always well maintained. I have always been able to contact the manager if anything goes wrong with prompt service. A great place to live.

We’ve lived here for a year and have loved it! The staff is super friendly and the grounds are always clean. All my neighbors are lovely and we have had no bad experiences.

I just renewed my lease for a 4th year at Willow Creek Apartments, and I’m very satisfied. The management staff is easy to talk to, the grounds are really kept nice, parking is generous & it’s really close to stores & places to eat. Great place to live!

Wooten Company has really done a great job with this property. Staff is helpful and easy to talk too. Whenever I have questions they do their best to answer them and make me feel comfortable. Lived here for 3 years and no plans on leaving

Completely satisfied with our experience living here. My family and I have been here for over 3 years now and don't have a single complaint. We have always been well accommodated and the amenities are great.

The staff at Willow Creek Apartments is excellent. Jennifer the manager has many wonderful events like our monthly social and coffee and donuts on the first Saturday of the month. Diane our leasing agent is always very pleasant and is very kind enough to welcome you in with coffee and cookies. Chuck the maintenance man is very knowledgeable and takes good care of all the maintenance problems and can fix things well. Clinton our groundskeeper keeps the grounds very clean and orderly.

i have lived at willow creek for 4 years, and it is the best location in town, its close to many resturants, grocery stores, and walmart, their all within walking distance if need be, the apartments are very nice size with plenty of room. the property manager and employees are wonderful, if you need anything they are right on it, they have a 24 hour maintanence guy which is very nice,theres a really nice big pool and playground , they keep the property looking very nice and well maintained. i would highly recommend it to everyone,

Willow Creek apartment homes are spacious, good quality, and are located in a lovely area. The apartment staff are pleasant and always quick to get back to me about questions or problems. Even though it is on the southwest part of town, being next to James River and Kansas Expressway makes it easy to get to many places quickly. I work both in Ozark and on the North side of Springfield, and this is the perfect place for me to live to have the same amount of driving time to both jobs.

I would readily recommend these apartments to anyone. We've lived here about three years and we love it so much we keep renewing!

This is a great apartment complex which is very conveniently located and is well maintained. The units are very spacious and clean. Unlike many other apartment complexes, Willow Creek Apartments have washer/dryer connections which are a great thing to have if you don't like public laundry places. However, there's a laundry room for the residents in the territory of the complex. The management is exceptionally professional and always ready to help and the grounds people do an excellent job keeping the complex in a very good condition. My husband and I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

I have lived here for a year and I love it. The location is great and quiet. Pet friendly which is great for me and my dog. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They always help out when you need anything.

The location of willow creek is great. Perfect for people who have family in Springfield and Republic. Neighbors are very friendly and quiet which is helpful for students to be able to study. Maintenance employees are friendly and work hard to create a wonderful environment for residents.

I've been happy to call Willow Creek home for several years. It's a convenient location close to grocery stores, James River Expressway, banks, etc. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and my maintenance requests have always been taken care of quickly. There's a monthly social with dinner provided - a great way to meet people.

Signed for my 3rd year, the location is great, and the staff are always friendly. The apartments are very well kept and when things do break they are quick to fix it.

I've lived at Willow Creek for 13 years. Very nice property that is well managed and well maintained. Close to Hy-Vee and Walmart. Good access to James River Expressway. Great place to call home!
