I'm surprised with the positive reviews. I purchased a non-special order item at the end of August, it is listed as 'on-hold' come mid October, and the company does not respond to phone or email queries or requests to cancel the transaction (my current desire since customer service is non-existent). The reviews on site jabber are more in line with my experience. Perhaps the brick and mortar experience is significantly better, but it is not like the sandals are even a good deal given that they are practically list price.

Always accommodating and helpful discussing the various styles and what is best for my feet (high arches). Very fair pricing and highly recommended. Was referred by another friend who promised me that I would love transacting with this company.

I really like this company. They take a little longer to get than some companies, but they colors they have I can't find anywhere else, so it is worth it for me. It is best to email them. They respond faster. I have ordered 4 times from them

They get their Special Orders from Germany, so they are going to take a bit to get. If you are ok with that, the colors and the styles are not available in the USA, so it is worth the wait. I looked everywhere for a good pair of the Footprints line and nobody seems to sell them around here. They were able to get them, and I almost bought two pair because I think I may never find them again.

I love those old Jesus sandals. My Mom wore them back when nobody knew what they were, and she got my Dad to reluctantly wear them as well. I wish they were here, but whenever I see them on people I think of the great memories I had and how these shoes are a part of those memories. They were new age before new age was coined.

I thought they were great. No problems at all. It's faster to email than call.

They can not be reached by phone or e-mail. If you have trouble with an on line order you are out of luck.

I love the comfort of Birkenstock shoes. These have not disappointed me. I got them in timely fashion and I expect them to last as long as my last pair...which I still use. I purchased the sandals at Sandals4less.com. I was very happy with the sandals and the customer service I received during the purchase of the sandals, I bought these for my husband for Christmas, and they were the wrong size, so I returned them to the company, and they sent me the correct size within a week. Hassle free. Product sent from Sandals4less in timely manner in excellent condition. Very happy with the product. A regular customer.

The Birkenstock brand speaks for itself. Birks are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. This is the tenth pair I have purchased and I love them all. They are very easy to break in - just wear them really. I once purchased a knock-off brand but they only lasted one season whereas I have had Birks for over 15 years that I still wear. The price is not cheap but they last and you get whay you pay for.

Been years of buying "inexpensive" sandal which have all fallen apart and figured I would be better off with another pair of Birkenstocks. Glad I did. The fit is great and easy on my old feet. Took a day to readjust to good support instead of the "inexpensive" sandals which had little or no support.

they are the only shoes I wear every day. My wife loves the Birkenstock shoes because of allergies to most manmade products. Sandals4less offers so many choices which could never be duplicated by visiting a local retailer. Besides, the retailer could not stock all of the choices. I have bought a new pair of these sandles from Sandals4less for the past three years. The price is great; the color perfect; and only the sole of the shoe wears. Older pairs are worn around the house or in the garden. I have even had some resoled. Three pairs later you're set for all occassions!

I wear a size 41 so finding shoes or sandals can be a challenge. I ordered these and they fit like a dream. Even offering support in the arch of my foot. Surprising for a "simple sandal". The way they are constructed, with the straps across the top of the foot, make them feel wonderful. Also, my husband swears by Arizona sandals and now I finally know why. These are pure comfort. The straps hit in just the right places to avoid rubbing and they look good with jeans, shorts, capris, even skirts. I will continue buying this style as long as they make them!

I LOVE these sandals. I have one in brown, and this is my third pair in black. I am sad to only give 3 stars because the sizing has changed. After wearing a size 10, which felt like two surfboards on my feet, I went down to a size 39 in the brown which I bought last summer, and they fit perfectly! My black Florida's have been worn through so I recently bought another size 39 in black, and they are about a half size too small. I think I misread the size on the footbed. Sandals4less was great though, good prices, and exchange was easy enough.

I bought this Birkenstock sandal from Sandals4less 3 years ago by my husband's suggestion. I have small/narrow and sensitive feet. I just can't wear any kind of sandal. So when I gave the Florida Sandals a try, I totally fell in love with the look and comfort. I own 5 pairs in different colors. They eventually mold to your feet which give it a snug comfortable feel. The look and price are certainly worth it. Keep those colors coming.

These Sandals4less Arizona sandals instantly became my favorite! After reading many of the reviews here I went on a long walk with them to see how they would feel before I broke them in. I have since worn them as my primary pair of shoes. I am one of the lucky ones because they fit perfectly! The Birkenstock soles are soft and extremely comfortable, and Birkenstock small arch supports actually fit my feet very well. The straps are not rubbing my skin or creating blisters. I do agree that these are very specific shoes. I bought the shoes online at Sandals4less. Had they not fit I would have not been upset because that's always a possibility. With this purchase I am a happy lady! Thanks Sandals4less. No complaints here.

I was a little skeptical ordering these sandals online but they are the most comfortable sandals I have ever own. I ended up ordering a second pair in black so that I could wear them at work. They are "dressy" enough to wear on casual Fridays at work and look great with a summer skirt or dress. I'm usually a size 7.5 and I ordered my sandals in size 7 and they are a perfect fit. Highly recommend the Arizona, and the shoes if you can afford them. Fabulously and thank you for the sale price Sandals4less.

I am a huge Sandals4less and Birkenstocks fan and have about 4 pairs in the original Gizeh thong style. I wanted something a little more strappy and decided to give these a try since I already really enjoy Teva sandals. These did not disappoint. I would have to review that have a wide foot so the straps need to be stretched out a bit so it took a few wears until they fit my feet better. After that they were perfect. No complaints. I live in the city so I do a lot of walking and wanted something that wouldn't give me a ton of blisters. These worked well and have such a thick sole that there is no way these can't be comfortable for a days walk. Would recommend to anyone who does a lot of walking and wants I slightly nicer, very comfortable flip flop.
