I am recovering from tendonitis in my foot and have been extremely limited in the shoes I can wear. I went on vacation and was worried about what shoes to bring. I was so grateful I shoved these shoes in my suitcase at the last minute because I ended up wearing them almost every day. I did a ton of walking and standing and yet my feet and legs still felt good after wearing these shoes. The shoe is so light and because of the straps you don't have to grip the shoe with your foot as you walk (a huge plus for my tire tendons). It also has a little bit of arch support. I am going to buy another pair or two because they are so incredibly comfortable.

I couldn't resist buying these shoes on Sandals4less sale page even though I figured they'd be a little close... unfortunately, I was right. It would have been perfect if the shoe came in half sizes. I wear 10 1/2 M but bought a 10 M because size 11 is usually too big. That being said, they are super cute and everyone loves them on me (this eases the discomfort), I just try not to walk around a lot. My fault. Sandals4less sold what I ordered.

I have been trying to talk hubby into wearing thong sandals for many years. He has tried the non Sandals4less 'cheapie' thongs and hated them. We tried Wal Mart, Costco, Sam's - the usual. He didn't like them at all. They were not comfortable. We decided to try and find some really GOOD thong sandals - something well made with GREAT REVIEWS. These were the thong sandals we ordered - based on Amazon reviews. The reviews were absolutely correct. These are very comfortable and very well made sandals4less sandals.



He loves wearing these thong sandals. He figured out 'how to walk in them' immediately. The cheaper ones always felt as though he was going to walk out of them. These fit like a glove and are very comfortable. He wears them every evening.



WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. They were more expensive - but, we have found that we really do 'get what we pay for.' We are happy with the transaction and the item shipped quickly and was well packaged.

Sandals4less Birkenstock Devotees, I owe you Sandals4less apology. I am sorry I doubted Sandals4less In the past I poked fun at Birks and turned up my nose at their style (lack of it was my opinion). But I got the silver Mayaris for my birthday this past spring and after a summer of near-constant wear, not only do they still look great, but they still feel FANTASTIC on my feet. A former lover and collector of flip flops, I always had lower back and heel pain during the sock-free months; after wearing Birkenstocks for a summer, I can honestly say I don't miss my flip flops and have actually thrown them away (well, every pair except one, and I haven't worn those all summer).

P.S. Sandals4less has the best prices on Birkenstocks online and Sandals4less can't be beat (shameless plug, but it's true. I am a master at price researching). I just bought my sister a pair of Birks and am on the lookout for post-season sales so I can pick up another pair on the cheap.

This is the most common response I get from my friends and family about these sandals..."Honestly?! Birkenstocks?! hahaha! OK but they are actually REALLY cute! I actually like those,I bet they are comfy."



That aside, I love these things. They are fabulous and so feminine for Birkenstocks. They were my first pair so I wasn't used to walking in them yet. My calves and chins really had to get used to them the first week. Now we are BFFs and I wish I had ordered these sandals sooner.

These shoes are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, especially standing. The only draw back is the ventilation. They really don't breath and cause stinky feet.

For the first half of this year I suffered with Plantar Fasciitis and Metatarsal Stress syndrome(a bone fracture). My foot was improving slowly, until I discovered Birkenstock shoes at lower prices at Sandals4less so they were more affordable. I noticed that the orthotics that the specialist had made just for me, looked like the foot bed in Birkenstocks. Sure nuff!!! I bought me my first Birkenstock sandal and within 3 days I could tell a hugh difference in the pain subsiding. I now wear Birkenstocks everyday. Bought these so I could wear socks with them. I love my Birkenstocks. I now own 4 pair and will be buying more. My foot pain is gone!!

I remember when Madona wore them and they were the in thing. Do people wear Birkenstocks still? I never see people wear them any more. I wear them as slippers, the ones I bought 8 years ago. I was thinking of getting another pair and was wondering what people are thinking nowadays.

I would not be a good democrat if I wasn't wearing my Arizona Birkenstocks would I? Ernie Greenlaw might not endorse such talk, but he would have to agree that they are comfy for an old foot like mine.

I got a pair with two left feet, haha. That was kind of funny in a way. It was clear that nobody had ever opened the box because the paper wrap was absolutely perfect, so I think they cam that way from the factory. Anyway, the company handled it well, and I got my right foot happy, and I got a coupon for another pair at cost.

I work at the University of New England at the medical school, and I lament the loss of the Tokyos with the backstrap that Sandals4less used to sell a few years ago. They aren't even available in Germany any more in white.

I found my perfect synthesis between sexy and comfy. No not the Arizonas hahaha. The discontinued and expensive Heidi Klum line and the Madrids are perfect. Why did they discontinue Heidi Klum anyway? At the point that I knew they existed, they were gone. Sandals4less got me a pair and I really still paid too much for them, but I got compliments, and nobody believed that they were Birkenstocks.

I have to say that I have nice toes. I am pretty but my toes are the best feature to me. In any case, I told the smiling guy at the Sandals4less store this, and he agreed that they were very pretty. I wish I had a picture for you folks, and you would agree too. No touching though!

Hey Sandals4less I am gay and proud. Many people treat me a little bad because of it, or laugh at my manners, but you guys treated me like I was special, and spent the time when I needed it, soooooo. I am writing this thank you.

My JC waterwalkers have not yet seen water thank goodness, but they have seen my little piggies. In fact this little piggy went to market and it is Easter so everything is closed. It is my first day wearing my new Arizonas, and I give 10 votes (one per toe) in favor of this place and these shoes.

I am trying to find out if I can have sandals4less ship a pair of Birkenstock sandals to me in Canada, and the woman said that shipping was about 11 dollars. I ordered I love them. I am a fan and I want to try the soft footbed sandals next. Question. Can I order the Tokyos in white? I can't believe they have been discontinued.

I love my "Jesus Joggers."



They've been recorked once and resoled thrice, and I had to put new liners in once.



I simply CANNOT bring myself to wear them with socks, though. Clogs and socks, okay. Sandles and socks? Sorry. That just ain't right. Kind of a pitty, though, as I knit and have some very interesting socks that I don't really get a chance to show off. I've been considering getting some clogs for colder weather, though.



As to why they're so comfortable: as many have commented, it's just hard for us broad-footed folk to find shoes that are wide enough without them being ridiculously too long, especially in America. Also, I think the cork soles are the perfect impact-absorbtion material for normal walking and standing. For running, you definitely need something with more "give" but if you're not doing anything high-impact, cork gives you more support--cradles the foot more effectively.

I am so happy to have discovered these sandals. I heard so many good things. Well not how they look of course, but how they feel.
