We researched and found a car we were interested in thru Cars.com. We scheduled an appointment with Carlos. He was personable, knowledgeable, and made the process very easy to navigate. We purchased a Mazda 3 that day, and have been very happy with it.

Good dealership, would have been 5 stars if not pressured to buy. Appreciated Isaac's assistance, courtesy and professionalism, excellent also appreciated...straight forward talk and assistance

I have been to many dealers in my lifetime. The experience can be horrible and it can be great. This dealer makes it great. Smaller lot with a ton of luxury vehicles. Great financing as well. They only deal with high quality lenders and will not try to rip you off if you have bad credit.

Adam did a great job in walking me thru the Odyssey that I eventually purchased. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and quick to get back with me answering any questions I had. I found their sales manager (Johnny) very easy to work with when it came to finalizing the deal. I couldn't recommend California Motors Direct any higher.

Bill, the Sales Associate, made the process painless. I was able to trade in my SUV, get a great Auto Loan for the used car, and was at my new job 2.5 hours later!! AMAZING.

The actual vehicle described online was on point, except for the JBL Speakers which was not present on the actual vehicle. No big deal to me. Still happy seeing the vehicle in person in good condition

I previously visited this dealership solely for information about a car I had in mind I looked around to see for other models, didn't feel pressured at al I actually got good information about different cars I liked. Eddie was very clear and informative and provided great service .. I decided to think about my options but overall I had a good visit thanks to Eddie who had lots! Of patience with me.

I came in and met with Carlos Salazar since I had already touched base with him over the phone. Carlos is a pro and super easy going! Not your typical sales men scum. I know this because my heart is set on a 2012 Jeep they have on lot and although I already know my credit isn't great, Carlos gave me some great advice so that I can get a better interest rate and payments. You can bet I will be back for this Jeep Patriot!! I will! I will! I will! If you want REAL customer service (since we lack that in today's world) - Ask for Carlos!

I have been looking the last week for a used car. I came across a few that I liked at California Motors Direct and sent them an email. When I came in to look at the cars they unfortunately sold the day before. I was so bummed but Carlos (the guy who was helping me) started showing me other cars that I might be interested in! After looking at a few and still not being totally wowed by any he pulled up a 2012 Nissan Versa Hatchback. I fell in love instantly!! I was able to trade my current car in and we started the paper work! It was the easiest thing ever! Carlos made everything super easy and fun for me. I was super worried about buying a car considering it was my first time buying a car on my own but he made it so easy and not stressful at all!!! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a car! Make sure you ask for Carlos!!!

Finished the process and the fix's we had to do (sensors, lights, detail) and i am super happy! I love the car and the deal i got with them.

The management is great with finance deals and they are very flexible and professional! Love my new car. This was a great first time car buying experience.
