We are very pleased with the Applegate operation, they have already improved the property appearance. and are doing a much better job with rent collection and lease rules regarding payments. Thanks again for all the help.

Today, after walking through the building, it hit me what am amazing facility we will have for our children and families. I walked through the building in awe of what we accomplished in the last 7-8 months. I can't thank you and the landlord enough for making this happen. You have worked very hard on our behalf and I want you to know we are very appreciative!

I just wanted to say how pleased we are with Applegate Properties and the house we are renting-- we have been renting from Applegate since 2014-we were allowed to make some minor adjustments to the home to help me in the bathroom with my disability-and a couple other adjustments before we moved in- On their Applegate Website- I turned in a service needed form-- after the area was hit by a storm and I was contacted right away- the service for the repairs were always done in a timely manner by Knowledgeable Service team. We get email reminders on the rent due on our account- and we can pay on line which makes payment a lot easier and convenient for us.

Why I would recommend Applegate Property Management Co. to my friends. I have lived at XXXX Homes for 17 years. When my husband and I moved in there was another management company working for us. In October of 2008, we released our former Company and Applegate Property Management became our new property manager. I have appreciated the service of Applegate as a homeowner and as a member of the Board of Directors for the last five years. As a homeowner I was impressed with the way the service companies worked under Applegate's direction. For me, on the sidelines all was well. It was when I became a member of the board I realized the close working relationship Applegate had with the Board. Our requests, by email or by phone were answered promptly and courteously. I felt respected in my position as secretary and enjoyed the friendly work atmosphere I have with the staff. I have told the girls, esp. Sadie, I would not want her job! I dump the hard stuff on her and she always comes through for me. My term is now up but because I truly enjoy working with Applegate and our board I am considering running for another term. Applegate is the single biggest reason we decided to expand our real estate holdings in New Richmond. They are the most knowledgeable real estate company in the region and always have our best interests in mind. They analyze every commercial deal based on the numbers (ex. cap rate) and not some arbitrary figure like other commercial brokers I've worked with. On the management side, they work harder than any other management company I've ever hired. They do everything to get new tenants including managing the many contractors needed to update a space and have a great bookkeeping system that makes tax time much, much easier. I can always contact the team at any hour to discuss our properties. I will never leave Applegate, they are everything a realtor, commercial broker, and management company should be.

I would like to say our experience with Applegate has been great. We have not been in the rental market for some 25 years. Kate was especially helpful in guiding us through the process. Courteous, helpful, detail oriented are the words I would use to describe our experience.

Managing properties can be a daunting task for any individual. After attempting to use 2 management companies I landed on Applegate Property management team. WOW! This 3 letter word hardly does justice for the amazing service I have received. They have truly removed any of my previously wasted time, and taken on all facets of managing my rental properties. In addition to this service, they also have found QUALITY tenants with extensive background checks (time consuming!) Lastly, their sale team has been wonderful in aiding in buying and selling of properties. They are very thorough and always available!

Applegate Property Management managed my 32 apartment units for approximately 2 to one and a half years, I was very pleased with how my buildings were maintained and how the vacancies were efficiently filled. These units are located in two cities which are thirty miles apart. Applegate Property Management does an excellent job of keeping my apartments over 95% occupied by helping to find and approve new tenants and keeping the apartments well-maintained. When a difficult tenant situation has arisen, Applegate has either helped resolve the situation or removed the tenant. Applegate has been a wonderful partner by informing me of all maintenance concerns, then I make the decisions to take care of things myself or have Applegate's qualified staff handle them. When I had a personal crisis, Applegate stepped in and successfully handled everything for me. Your services to the Association Board were very valuable as noted during my two years on the Board. You provided all of the necessary financial data on a timely basis to the Board for their monthly reports as well as for annual audits and tax reports. You responded in a timely fashion to many questions on a wide variety of topics from Board members. Your attendance at the annual Board meeting was very helpful as well. A good example of your flexibility to respond to unexpected problems has been how you handled the snow and ice emergencies over the past few years, working closely with our subcontractors to meet the needs of members who had to get to work in the morning and providing special snow and ice removal to our handicapped members. I was also very pleased at your handling of legal issues the Board had and your interface with our attorney. Last but not least, you kept the Board "on the straight and narrow" when you felt we were heading in the wrong direction, providing advice based on your extensive experience with other Associations. The other aspect of your management was your interface directly with Association members. This involved responding to email and phone calls which covered a wide variety of issues. Your response was prompt and in the majority of cases, very helpful. You were able to keep members up to date on subcontractor services, when to expect the work to be done and what would be involved. In summary, In my view Applegate has satisfied all the management needs of our Association in a very professional and knowledgeable manner.

As president of our board of directors I am very willing to share the experiences we have had over the past eight years working with Applegate Management, Inc. During these years our association benefited from the professional advice and direction we received from Applegate. Most records and information relating to our association were either missing or incomplete due to the bankruptcy proceedings of the developer. Applegate provided the owners in our association with the direction and insight as to how to proceed and how to prioritize our recovery efforts. As a result of their professional direction our association survived this initial timeframe and today we are functioning quite well. The information provided to our association was legally sound and fiscally accurate. Each month our financial reports are timely and accurate.
