We have been part of the Red Cedar Canyon Association since 2012. This is our first time that we are living in a community with an association. It was not difficult to adapt mainly because of the support and professionalism of the personnel of Applegate Property Management.

I've worked with many realtors/brokers and have never had such an enjoyable experience as I had with Applegate. They are not only incredibly efficient, but thorough, knowledgeable, and keeps the client top priority throughout the entire process. We were also given names of top notch referrals when it came to remodeling, maintenance, and other hurdles. I look forward to doing business again with Applegate!

Applegate's management staff has been timely in responding to my questions and concerns and their follow up and updates have been appreciated. I have also utilized the maintenance staff for carpentry projects. The staff competently completed the work and I would not hesitate to hire them for additional projects. All experiences have been excellent and I highly recommend Applegate Property Management.

They were always ready to help and correct the problem, within their power. It is not easy to deal with different vendors and service providers, but they show always a fine disposition to be on top of the situation and solve the problem as soon as possible. Keep up with this great job.

Applegate has done a great job for us and what I like and appreciate the most is you. Loren and I have talked many times about how, whatever tenant drama or issues have come up, having you, Amy as our go to has made the management of our properties so successful. For the last two and one-half years I have been fortunate to have been working with Applegate in maintaining and then selling my properties. Staff is always receptive and competent in resolving any maintenance issues that arise in the turnover of the apartments. I have always been treated with utmost respect and concern for my needs. In dealing with an issue with MNDOT over a settlement regarding road work, TJ and staff were very knowledgeable and worked very hard in helping to bring a good settlement to the table for me. When it was time to sell my properties, I found TJ very knowledgeable in the value of the properties and successful in bringing buyers to the table. I highly recommend Applegate for the management and/or sale of your properties.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the excellent service you and your firm, Applegate Inc. has provided me with for over a period on 14 years. Not only have you been resourceful in finding various investment properties for me to purchase, you have done an excellent job in managing my many Condos as well. Applegate Management has kept my vacancy rate to less than 1/2% and requires me to do nothing more than review monthly and annual statements. All of this with a reasonable management fees permits me to give you my highestrecommendation.

Provided by YP.comThe staff exceeded my expectations when I was looking to move from out of state. They accomodated my short notice for a showing, processed my application within 1 day and I was moving from IL before I knew it. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Provided by YP.comIf you are considering renting from Applegate in Saint Croix Falls, BEWARE!!! Your deposit will be treated like an end of lease donation to them when your lease ends and you give proper move out notice and are moved. The carpets were cleaned before I left and still I got charged after the fact to clean them again. I had no heat for most of the winter without purging air out of the heating system daily to keep it running. The building has stress cracks in it and it was enough to see daylight through in certain parts of my apartment. They never fix things from the initial move in check sheet. They don't give you a move out check sheet because that would make it harder for them to keep your money. Not a good choice to rent from them at all.
