Provided by YP.comI went to the Stockton dealership and I had the most terrible experience ever in buying a car.... these ppl were very unorganized and unprofessional.... the dealer that helped me named Abraham lied to me and told me everything was good until the day I pick up the car... they started asking me wired questions details that were already ironed out prior to picking up the car. They had me wait for 4.5hrs to tell me no I can't get the car after they already said I had to give me my money back! Oh and had me get car insurance on a car that I don't have!
I'm not saying all Paul Blanco locations are bad! Just don't go the Stockton location! Save yourself the headache!

Provided by YP.comWalked in late to my appointment and was immediately taken to be seated and for a busy Saturday I thought that was great! I worked with Brandon and his manager who diligently worked to process and approve my application. I've recently fallen into the "life happens" category and didn't expect to even be approved. I left without a car today only because they didn't really have many options for my price range and the car that I was only lukewarm on, I felt, was a little too high in monthly payments. Overall the entire experience was really great and I do recommend giving them a try. They didn't try to use high pressure sales tactics, were very professional and worked hard for me. I didn't catch the managers name but he was great and got the approval that Brandon had passed on to me. Thanks guys!

Provided by YP.comSaturday November 7th, 2015 I walked around the Stockton location for an hour with being greeting.
Sunday, I go to the Sacramento location test drive a 2014 Cadillac ATS with $29k miles. I walk around for an hour without being greeted. I walked inside to speak with a rep. I was pre-approved online and just wanted to test drive the Cadillac. The rep told me if I didn't see the car on the lot then it's sold and to come back later when my co-signer was with me.
I asked for his manager and was given another rep. Also, come to find out the Cadillac was in the back inventory lot. So I test drove it and the 2nd rep, who was ready to go home for the day, said he would contact me eventually the next day that he worked.
Monday, I went to the Stockton location when they opened and spoke with Miguel. I told him that I wanted that Cadillac from Sacramento but would not give that location the sale. I gave him the number I thought was fair based on other cars in the central valley. He said that was too low and that there was only $400 profit in his number.
The manager came over to bully me. Said if I could find a better car go and try. I told him I bought a car last year and the clutch went out within the first month and the experience was bad. He then asked why would I buy another then from Paul Blanco... Wow.
We agreed on the price and finished the sale. I drove to the Sacramento office to pick up the car. It was dirty and out of gas. I drove it home. The next morning I had it washed. There are water spots that are stained on the glass and chrome. This is the first time I have seen the car in the daylight. The tires have rubber chunks missing, rims are scuffed good, an emblem is missing off the trunk, the black paint looks like someone attempted to get the water spots off with STEEL WOOL and the glass is also evenly scratched by something. My new car looks so ghetto and I am upset.
I went through 3 sales reps and 2 sales managers and I ended up with a good car that looks like crap in the sun. These people are use to selling to customer that they see as desperate and in need of them. A company that creates more detractors than promoters will eventually go out of business. Lastly I got a thing in the mail saying that I need to pay them $1,000 deposit within 20 days even though I said to Miguel I don't need or want to put a deposit down.
If this is how they treat well-qualified customers that make over $6500/monthly and with a co-signer with a credit score of 755+ ... how do you think they treat no so qualified clients? I thought this car was worth the trouble, but in the end I got taken a 2nd time by Paul Blanco's "good car company."

Provided by YP.comHeard adds on The Fox..."No credit...bad credit, bankruptcy...unfortunate life circumstances...and, last but not least.."If you're a senior citizen will wave or greatly assist your down payment...
At the end of many hours waiting...presumably for a lender to respond..."Yes..we need $4,700 down and $300 A month car note (My retirement income $1,200)..."But sir...what about the senior program? (I'm 66 years old)..."Yes sir...we will wave $500 of the down for 30 days..." what then? "You pay us...
At the end of the day...just another cheesy used car dealer on the hustle...don't waste your time at Mr Blanco...and if you are a senior...beware of any charitable claims...

Provided by YP.comI just purchased a automobile at Paul Blanco's Autoplex this week. I had heard several bad review for Paul Blanco's, however, my experience was very good. My sales person's name was Janet Reyes and she was wonderful. We connected right away and she was very honest with me and was an excellent salesperson. I wasn't sure exactly what type of car I wanted, however, she took the time to show me various cars and allowed me to test drive them. Once I decided on the car she walked me through the details and introduced me to the GM and together they worked closely with me until the contract was signed. Janet called me after the purchase to make sure I was happy with the car and advised me that I could bring the car in if anything needed repair or maintenance. I would refer my friends to purchase from Paul Blanco but it is important to have your paperwork together. The staff is thorough and you can't just go there expecting a car and not have paperwork that is in order. Thank you.

Provided by YP.comThey will tell you anything to get you in the door. They told us we would need a much lower down payment on the phone. So we sold our only car went down with the money they said we'd need and got told it would be twice as much!

Provided by YPmobileFrom the beginning, I was greeted in a very warm matter. The host got me with a salesperson right away and we got right to business. The sales team here are friendly and offer many options unlike other greedy dealerships. I would HIGLY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for excellent service and quality in the car industry. Thanks!

Provided by YP.comNever buy from here esp Stockton outlet. On 07/28/12 I decided to buy me a car since I was giving my current vehicle to my niece. Someone told me to check out Paul Blanco and so I did. Firstly they had very little selection of vehicles but they had something that was of interest to me. My dad went spoke to the salesman as I was looking at the vehicles. Half hour later the salesman walks out and starts showing us a vehicle that I have no interest in. Told the salesman that I am interested in the Toyota Camry he turns around and says we don't have toyota camry and the car is parked right across from where we are standing. He tells me thats toyota corolla not camry and gives me a look as if I am dumb and stupid, funny thing the badge on car says camry the tag that was hand written at paul blanco says camry. The salesman comes back with the key for camry and asked who wants to test drive. I responded what is the price for the camry as it had no price tag and I didnt want to test drive something that I might not afford. As I asked for the price the salesman tells me "the bank said test drive the vehicle if you like it than we will give price" . I couldn't believe that so I asked is the vehicle bank owned since he don't know the price, the salesman in a very high tone and anger on his face yells out "YOU CRAZY", I responded what do you mean by crazy and what kind of salesman are you that don't know the price. ( One thing for sure after what the salesman said I believe all vehicles at Paul Blanco is bank owned, such a poor dealership that can't buy vehicles but instead consigning bank owned vehicles). That made me angry after he called me crazy, I told my dad lets go, as we walked towards our vehicle the manager comes out trying to stop us. Behind him all the sales floor is now outside looking at us and laughing. The sales manager thinks everyone that comes to Paul Blanco has bad credit or can't afford vehicle. In a rude and sarcastic tone says do you think that vehicle is cheap? its a expensive car, you can't afford it, the price is $16999. We walked out, went to Stockton Honda bought me a brand new Accord got the best service and a good price. If any one out there wants a car go to Stockton Honda they work with you, they show what you are interested in. Customer Service at Stockton Honda is 10 Stars out of 5.
Paul Blanco lost that $16999 that I would have spent with them and from today onwards if any of my friends or family decides to go Paul Blanco I will stop them.

Provided by YP.comDO Not, i repeat, DO NOT go to Paul Blanco! I have good credit and i just happened to drive by and decided ti stop to see what they offer. Well like others say, too good to be true. They promised the world. I test drove the car in empty but the promised they would fill the tank, they meaning, Armando and sales manager, Johnny. I even went back to complain and Johnny shook my hand promising me he would personally make sure they fill my tank. Well they didnt. I called the next day and spoke to another sales manager, Dwayne, he stated they do not fill tanks for no one but since they promised and which they denied, he said he would mail me 20 lousy bucks just for the miscommunication. 7 days later i still havent received my 20 bucks.
ALSO, when i purchased the vehicle i told them i had NO down payment, they said they would work with me. They said that as long as i made a payment, from as little as 20 bucks or to whatever i could make once a month that they would work with me, that they would not harass me. Well not even 20 days later they are calling me telling me i had to make the full down payment within 30 of purchasing the vehicle and that if i didnt i would get sent to collections. I told them that Johnny told me i could the payment once a month for as much as i want and their collections dept said that was not true. Again, another lie coming out of the sales team just to sell a vehicle.
I will be going to all 3 credit berueas and reporting them. If i can, i will return the vehicle.
Do not fall for their words. Its a fraud!
No stars at all

Provided by YP.comI would suggest looking around more. Check out other dealerships.... Paul Blanco is nice in the sales department and financial dept.... but when it comes to the vehicle you are getting, used vehicle- watch out.... A safety check was suppose to be done, but for some reason i took my car back 3 weeks after driving it off the lot , it needed new break pads already. I am not a crazy driver either. The breaks where squeaking so loud while in drive and not even using brakes I was afraid to drive it to the dealership to fix. They ended up putting on new brake pads.. two weeks later guess what I hear, slight squeakie noises when i brake... ALREADY?? The service dept is NOT thorough... I had to call back and find out the last oil change and ask for kia dealership info. I dont even want to waste my time dealing with PAUL BLANCO people anymore. Now i have a problem with the down shifting and computer.. I have had the car two months.... can you say GREAT experience, i think not....
ON the other hand i was able to reach the KIA dealership finally and they are VERY nice, helpful and thorough.

Provided by YP.comI tried to give them 3.5 stars but since my experience with Paul Blanco's in Stockton wasn't nearly as horrible as the other two reviews, I rounded up for whatever that's worth.
Anyway, I called ahead and set up an appointment and did a driveby (OK, it was a rideby) on the lot before I went in. I saw a couple cars I though I could afford and went home and checked them out under the used cars section on KBB.COM.
The sales guy I got saddled with was a typical used car salesman. After bombarding him with the ridiculous amount of personal information they wanted (this almost got them a star reduction but the person who booked my appointment e-mailed me a list of what to bring), a little haggling about the down payment (I woudn't give them any more than 20%) and the Interest rate (I wouldn't pay them any more than 15%) I was able to DRIVE OFF THE LOT the same day in a pretty reasonable car.
