Unique Refinishers, came out and gave me a free estimate for a tile tune up on my shower stall. Had the work done. Love it !!! It looks like it did when we installed the tile brand new. Gave this company a try.

I have been useing this company now for over 15 years! I have used them in several homes I have lived in as well as Rental homes I own. They have done both tub and tile work for me. I have never ever had one problem with this compnay or the work they have done! They have always done a beautiful job for me and I am always more then happy with any of the re-glazing they have done! I have never had any problems with there work ..ever! I have reccomended this company to many of my friends and family and every one of them have been more then happy with there proffesional office staff and the Tech that come into your home to do the re-glazing and a job well done! I once went with another company thinking I was getting a better deal and it was just a nightmare!!! The other company did a horrable job and were out several times to try and fix there mistakes until I had to finally give up and have Unique Refinishers come in and strip my tub and tile and have it done the right way...this is what I should have done in the first place! I recommened anyone this company to anyone that needs Tub or Tile work...youll be very happy with the results in the end! They do beautiful work every time Ive used them!

I was impressed with the professionalism of the front office, but the workmanship was poor. The workers did a decent job with the repairs, but re-glazed right over bits of grout from the new surround in the bottom of the tub. Also, puddles of glaze were left in the bottom of the tub that now, cannot be smoothed out. Additionally, there was a large, 3 inch round, section that was discolored and did not match the rest of the tub.



They did come back out for a service call to repair these items, yet most were not taken care of and the repairs they did make are very noticeable. I will now hire a new company that will need to remove the work of this company so that the new company can re-glaze the tub properly; i.e. with a smooth finish and consistent color. I would not recommend them and suggest that buyers look into other companies before contracting this establishment for work.

I had Unique Refinishers out to redo my master bathroom about 4 years ago. Their workers were very good and neat. Just recently I noticed some pitted places in the tub and some small areas on the tile walls where the paint was coming off. They had also replaced my drain in the tub and it was turning colors. I called and scheduled a date and time for them to come out and repair these things. After all they had given me a 5 year warranty. Be careful of this company. They neglected to tell me that there would be a $75.00 service visit along with a $20.00 labor charge!!!!!!!! $95.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on work they had originally done and given me a 5 year warranty on. And they told me it would be another $100.00 to replace the drain piece because it was 4 years old and not their problem! All the other fixtures in the bathroom were 4 years old also and they never changed colors.



Exactly what does their 5 year warranty cover. NOTHING obviously!!



I am very disappointed in this company. Be weary of hiring them to do anything in your home. Their workers are very good but the management and their policies leave alot to be desired. If I could have clicked on a "negative" star above I would have!



Channel 2 here's another one for your "Hall of Shame"!!

We had our bathtub reglazed by this company based on another comment posted by a contractor. What a fabulous job they did! We're so pleased! Following scheduling, we were told we'd be contacted the day of the reglazing between 8 and 8:30 a.m. to let us know when they'd arrive. They called about 8:15 a.m., and the worker arrived on time. He was extremely professional, gave us all the follow-up information we needed, and cleaned up after himself. I can't stress enough how nice it was to work with such professionals!

i'm a plumbing contractor and only refer my customers to this company. Its nice to see that they have old time values like we do , take care of the customer and stand behind there work.
