My main sewer line was clogged. I called at night and he came out first thing 7am the next day, on time and with the right tools. I was impressed by how quickly he fixed the problem. He removed the toilet, unclogged the drain, and replaced the toilet in 15 minutes. He is very experienced and a very nice guy. I certainly would recommend him or use him again. Also, his rates are cheaper than anyone else.

Called B&C at 9:00am and received service by 12:30pm the same day. Mr. Taylor is very knowledgeable and he thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He worked efficiently and did not leave a mess! Rate was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend calling B&C if you have a plumbing need. I will definitely do business with them again should the need arise.

I was very impressed with the plumbing service that I recently received from B&C Sewer and Drain Cleaning. Mr. Bill Taylor was thoroughly professional, reasonable, and responsive. He quickly replaced the broken back-flow preventer/device on my irrigation system that has not been in use since last fall. With the system back in working order, I am now looking forward to having a green lawn, again.

On time actually early, good rate and got the work done correctly. The hot water in my place as never been as hot as a really desired but, Mr. Taylor solved the problem rather quickly and correctly. I've had a few plumbers in the past attempt the same repair but Mr. Taylor is the first to get it done right. I normally don't do reviews but, reading reviews swayed my decision and happy it did.

I had a very good experince with this company. My service person was very helpful with explaining the work that he was doing in my home. He did the work fast and and neatly. I would give this company 's name to others wanting quality work.

I was able to get same-day service; the house visit was fast and efficient. I will most definitely call on B&C for future service and highly recommend.

I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service given by B & C Sewer. Bill hands down is rare gem in the plumbing industry. I had a drained that continued to back up that several plumbers made attempts to fix. He stayed at my property in the rain until the job was complete. He went the extra mile to keep me posted via video and text to reassure my comfort level with his work. His prices are very reasonable and he is very reliable. I highly recommend.

If you are looking for a strong work ethic, professional and fair, then you need to call B&C Sewer and Drain Cleaning. I had an emergency on a Sunday and the owner (Bill) was willing and able to be there within the hour. This company uses the latest in plumbing technology, contacted my Home Warranty company and explained the issue prior to resolving, cleaned up after himself (thoroughly) and gave me a very fair price. Bill even made some recommendations that I might want to consider down the road. You won't feel like you are being dragged over the coals. I have already recommended him to one of my neighbors. Although I have a home warranty that sends out their own people under non-emergency situations, from now on, I will insist that if I have a plumbing issue (hopefully I won't--LOL) that they allow me to use B&C Sewer and Drain Cleaning. We all know how hard it is to find reputable companies to do business in your home. Trust me, You can trust Bill.

In January 2011, I recently had a minor issue of water coming into my bathroom through the ceiling above. After I called my property management company and was referred to B & C Sewer and Drain Cleaning, I had nothing else to worry about! Mr. Taylor came to my condo and assessed the issue thoroughly. He also helped to resolve an issue in my kitchen with respect to excess moisture underneath the sink.
