Bravo! Good job helping your fellow men and woman who keep you in business. Calling the towing company on them all knowing good and well that they were trying to pick up shelter animals to give them homes during the flood. These people were charged $250 because of you. I hope you're proud of yourselves.

How could you tow ppls car who was there to support the community and help animals in emergency? Shame on you. I will never spend a dime there.

Does not matter how low your gas prices go, you will tow cars that is trying to save the dogs at the SPCA but will allow drug deals in your parking lot. Guess "community service" does not require payments as drugs do. Thanks Shell. No business ever from me and my family.

I was one of the individuals that had my car towed. I came to the SPCA today at my daughters request to help our community save animals in danger during the flood. The amount of cars on the street parked only led to my decision to park in this lot. I thought that being a community gas station it would not have been a problem. I didn't see any signs that said "no parking" and at this time of helping I didn't think it would be a problem. $250 later I was wrong. I was told I blocked a diesel pump. However, what about the man and his wife that were returning with a dog in their arms that had to pay $150 to get their truck off the tow truck? I am disappointed in the community outreach that this shell station portrayed. I will never step foot in there again. I am appalled at the fact that this happened and that the Carolina auto recovery towing company was able to capitalize on such a day.

You suck for towing all those cars. They were just trying to save the SPCA dogs. I think you will lose a lot of customers now. Great thinking.
