They got high quality renters much quicker than I could have done on my own. I hired them mainly for this reason and they did exactly what I needed from them. The staff is friendly and professional.

Purchasing and dealing with a property is an anxiety-producing thing and Rachel made it so easy to deal with. Not sure what I would have done without her. I cannot recommend her and her company more highly. You will be in great hands.

Sterling has been great to do with over the last 20 years, they have done really well. They are attentive to the property, and they notify me whenever maintenance or repairs are needed. They keep it rented to good tenants at all times. In two decades the only bad experience has been a tenant with a false claim about old which you guys completely took care of. You fees are very reasonable. Whenever we need maintenance work, you guys make the arrangements and hire great contractors, we never have to lift a finger. I don't know what you could do better to be better property managers, thanks so much.

Rachelle, thank you for trying to be the best and always look to improve. I think that your team is pretty organized. You keep up with the rental contracts and make sure the income is disbursed in a fair manner.
