Dan worked very hard to get our house rented as soon as possible. The reports and payments are timely. The staff is very helpful and handle any issues that needed to be addressed. I appreciate their professionalism.

Great management company. I used another company and they were horrible. I switched to SJC and I wish I had done that along time ago, they have been really great.

SJC has managed two homes for me over 12 years. First they make sure the renters can really afford the homes, next they take photos of property before renters move in to compare when they move out. I am kept aware of any issues and if a repair is needed that I am responsible for they help me get licensed bonded contractors to do the work. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to work with a professional company.

They have always been very responsive to our tenants needs. SJC has also provided quality tenants that pay on time and have been taking really good care of our home. We are happy with the service that they provide and we have been referring their service.
