I can't speak for the service department, but the sales department treated us very well. We attempted to work with our local dealer in Spokane. Holy smoke, we felt like we interrupted them during the Super Bowl in double overtime! I contacted Sean at Sumner RV Center via email and in no time at all, he gave me a fair price for my trade. The price for the unit we inquired about was very fair already. Trust me, I did my research. After working with Heather on the paperwork, all we had to do was pick a weekend to drive over and make the swap. After all was said and done, we saved over $11000 by making the trip over rather than shopping locally.

The funny part is that Sean noticed our orange truck and knew that we weren't from Seattle. He asked if I noticed the photos online that showed Seahawk decals on the trailer. After I informed him that I'm a Bronco fan, he offered to remove the decals for us. No offense to anyone reading this, I root for the Seahawks.... unless they're playing the Broncos.

My wife and I are from California, and we were looking for an outdoors RV Blackrock 17B trailer with the 1/2 year change . There were none in California, so we began looking out of state. We found one at Sumner RV in Washington with Salesman Jeff. All my communications were by phone and email. I affirmed a price for the said model and had some extras installed. Jeff did well with the communications.

When we arrived in Sumner, WA to pick up our new trailer, we were greeted by a very personable crew including the store owner, who honored all the pricing that we had discussed, and had an excellent walk through with John. Scott who did our paperwork, took pictures of my wife and I next to our new trailer. We were very happy with our purchase from Sumner RV, and they made our long distance transaction a pleasant experience. Thanks to all at Sumner RV!

I had a great experience at Sumner Rv. My family was leaving town, and we started to have brake problem. We stopped by hoping they might be able to help so we could continue on our trip. The service department pulled our truck and trailer in to there service department and had it ready to go in no time.

Everyone at Sumner RV was helpful and knowledgable! Our purchase went smoothly and we are now enjoying our new fifth wheel. We enjoyed working with Scott and the rest of the group!

The owner was very friendly and it was nice to see someone who owns their business actually running it. The office staff is really awesome too, Heather is a doll.

And their parts people and mechanics are very knowledgable. We had a walk through with one of the mechanics and it took us about two hours but he was very patient and informative. Being a first time RVer is scary but I know we can call them if we ever need anything.

We were referred by a friend and I just got to say: Wow, small, family owned businesses are not dead. And neither is customer service. We had a couple of issues that we needed fixed right away, and everyone was very kind and helpful.

After going to other dealerships for a couple of years, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of Sumner RV. We didn't feel like a number, and they were very fair about pricing and the labor it took to fix our RV.

We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Sumner Rv is the place I will always get my service work done, Not only that but I would send my family, they are fair, and they took good care of me.
