I used this company many years ago and needed to refer them to my neighbor. When I saw the reviews I was embrassed to refer them. However my neighbor called and set an appointment with a sales rep. She signed on to them and was extremly satisfied. The fence looks perfect.

Provided by YP.comWe awarded a fence contract to All Fencing & Repairs on 4/1/2015. Today, 7/7/2015 this company hasn’t even done the engineering drawings required by the City for the permits. Not only that, Rodney (the salesman) keeps lying to us in regards to the status of the fence project in order not to refund us the money we paid. We have called the owner Vito Coraci in multiple occasions and he doesn’t even bother to answer our calls or to face us.
It has been 3 months already and they haven’t even prepared the documents required to submit the City permit. Three (3) Months of rent in a commercial property that we can’t use because there is no fence!
I regret that we didn’t read the Yelp and Google reviews before awarding the contract to All Fencing & Repairs. It is obvious to us now that this company is not trustworthy. I will keep posting my case wherever I can until they refund me my money. I hope my posts serve to prevent other people from making the same mistake we made; trusting “All Fencing & Repairs” and their staff.

Provided by YP.comConsider choosing another company if you have very high expectations regarding level of professional courtesy. Those poor women in the office have to constantly field calls in order to cover for the others, supposedly in charge, who have poor communication skills, or they just pass the buck....TO the OWNER or OWNERS ... maybe it's YOU that doesn't care about your business reputation, employees, or the likelihood for future referrals. CHECK out what BBB had to say, as of Dec. 2018.
Once you sign the initial contract, with Rodney, the salesman, you most likely will never hear from him again, even when you positively know he was asked to call you. He is not very professional or completely upfront, as we found out in the end, when we received the final bill. GET FIRM QUOTES, thorough EXPLANATIONS, and breakdown of the charges before you sign, and beware of possible overages. Not that you will receive any real satisfaction, from Arie, the "billing specialist" in the event, you ask questions later rather than sooner....OUR mistake..we trusted that our original quote and contract was firm. Doing business with All Fencing and Repair, was tedious, and you will not get any apologies from anyone, except from EVIE and MARY, two of the very NICE and obviously hard working women, in this office location.
ON a GOOD NOTE, our fence project turned out GREAT... our installers, were top notch and the materials arrived in excellent condition. I have read other reviews, however, where some customers did not share the same experience. Be INVOLVED and AVAILABLE during the work, so you can stay on top of things.. that's a MUST with ANY home projects you hire out to be done, if you don't want to be disappointed or disturbed. OH, and as the customer, be prepared to take financial responsibility for replacing and/or repairing any damage incurred doing the fencing work, such as sprinkler lines and heads.

Provided by YP.comDespite lots of rain, and a blind inspector, they completed my fence within the promised time frame. Although I had moved across the country, they consistently provided me updates on the progress and kept me informed throughout the project. I highly recommend them!

Provided by YP.comVito at All Fencing and Repair was the best. He focuses his business on customer service. The employees that installed my fence were very courteous and professional. The fence installer was truly skilled and did a perfect job installing my fence. The staff at his office were excellent in dealing with all of the city inspections and permits. All Fencing was always available via telephone and e-mail. The job was done in a timely manner. I prefer e-mail as I have a busy career. I would gladly be a reference to anybody who wants to have a current reference.

Provided by YP.comThe company just finished my fence and I'm thrilled. They asked me to write a review since I complemented them . When I logged on I couldn't believe what I read. I found Rodney to be very diligent and attentive. It's a fence, and permitting went well and now by dogs are safe:).

Provided by YP.comStay away from this company by all means. I decided to hire them even after reading the bad reviews for two reasons:
1. They promised to complete the work in 5 weeks where everyone else was saying 3 months. I really needed it in 5 weeks so I rolled the dice
2. They didn't add a surcharge for paying by credit card. I like this since it gave me extra leverage.
We signed the contract saying the work would be 100% completed by February 8th. Two weeks went by and I had heard not one word from them so I started calling once per week to make sure they were still on schedule. Each time I was assured by Alan that they were. Not once was I informed of any reason that work would not be completed as agreed. I would have been understanding because I know things are not 100% in anyone's control. What I am not understanding about is being lied to. I stopped calling a few weeks after the deadline since I now realized what I was dealing with and had to cancel vacation plans which cost me money as well. Right around 2 months after we paid the deposit (3 weeks after they were supposed to be finished) they started working. This was lucky for them as I was about to dispute it with the credit card company. Mind you I had not heard one word from them other than the aforementioned lies.
When they actually put the fence down, it wasn't initially how we agreed at all. The plans showed the fence going to the edges of the property (makes sense, right?) but no, they stopped about 5 feet short on one side. Why the hell would I want a fence that cuts off 5 feet short? I think they were anticipating that we were too busy to notice or too stupid to say anything but they did correct it when we complained. I didn't realize I would pay $15k to practice project management though and am certainly not happy about that. Next, they screwed ugly advertisements of their company on my fence. These were permanent advertisements that took some effort on my behalf to remove. I never agreed to that and could not imagine a company that has even a small amount of class doing this. I don't mind the sign they put in the ground while they worked but drilling holes in my fence to put ads is just disgusting.
When we talked to Alan originally, we said we needed a gate opener and a key pad so guests can get in. Of course he said no problem and wrote "gate opener/pad" on the contract which we accepted as a keypad. This was a trick by him though because by "pad" he meant a piece of concrete that goes on the ground???? The gate installer said this made no sense since our gate couldn't use an opener with a pad. I spoke to the owner who sided with Alan. I think even courts would side with him unfortunately, since a pad could mean whatever he says now. I am surprised he didn't show up with a feminine product instead of a fence! I am not sure how Alan is able to sleep at night with a clear conscience. What an awful human being. As nice as the owners are, they bear responsibility for their employees and this guy is really the worst I've ever experienced. Long story short, I get no keypad and not even a piece of concrete on the ground despite having it clearly stated in the contract. I will definitely be looking into legal action here so be ready, Vitto and Mary.
When they charged me the final amount, of course it was much higher than the agreed upon amount. The reason is they charged me for the extra fence we asked for and added 3% for the credit card. They disclosed neither of these things. Fortunately, there is one person with common sense and professionalism working there. Joanne realized that these charged were unjust and agreed to remove them.
In conclusion, you should avoid this company by all means. The other reviews were not isolated incidents. These guys make all other contractors look bad just by being in the same business.

This lady refuses to pay our company. Her work was done according to contract.

Provided by YP.comLet me start off by saying that our fence is completed and it does look nice but homeowners beware.
Our experience with this company was a long and irritating one to say the least. A little info on our project: lot size 50’ x 115’, PVC 6’ privacy fence along the back property line, 4’ black chain link along both side property lines and our original plans called for a 4’ black aluminum fence with a driveway gate and pedestrian gate along the front. Due to city set back requirements the front fencing was changed to two gates even with the front of the house. Meet with salesman, signed contract and gave a 50% deposit on 3/6/2012. Project completed with all inspection approved 8/28/2012.
If as a homeowner you are ok to have what I would consider a basic perimeter fence installation take just under six months, then this is the company for you. If you are ok with having a salesman promise you the world for when the project will get done but not having the company to fulfill, then this is the company for you. If you are ok with having installation being on its third day when the permit paperwork finally arrives on the job site, to you as the homeowner realizing that the City did not approve your installation plans (front fence needed to be setback 10’) and the already installed fence having to be removed because no one prior to you, the homeowner, looked at what the city approved/wrote in red ink, then this is the company for you. If you are ok with having two of the three already installed fences moved because it was found that they weren’t installed on your property lines, then this is the company for you.
All in all this company needed to have a babysitter during the entire process. If as a homeowner you aren’t willing or able to babysit the entire process, I would look elsewhere.
The customer says it all in the first line. The fence looks nice and he is happy. Unfortunatley we had issues obtaining his permit.

Provided by YP.comthey are a very good fence company. They asked me to write a review I read the other reviews and did not experience any of the negativity associated with them. They showed up on time and completed the job 6 weeks later. I love it.

Provided by YP.comNot a happy costumer. $3,600 was suppose to get us a 5ft black coated chainlink fence within 3/4 weeks guaranteed by the sales guy in our kitchen. We paid the 50% deposit up front and after that no ever called us or would return our calls for almost 2 months. The owner blamed Tamarac for taking longer for permitting and the rain for delaying them but he had no reason to explain why his staff never called us or kept us in the loop through the entire process. A project manger was suppose to be assigned to each job but we never heard from them. My friend works for Tamarac permitting office so I keow exactly when the permit was done and picked up. This company sqandered many weeks with no rain and permit in their hands. If they have that many customers to tend too then they should have giving us a HUGE discount on the second half of our bill to make right all that his office staff and sales team did wrong. But the owner, Veto offered us a $100 discount off the bill that had jumped to over $500 more then the signed contract due to permit fees and runner fees. So a basic chainlink fence that we were willing to paying $3,600 for guaranteed installation in 3/4 weeks went to a bill ending in $4,114 with installation being 2 months later. No customer service skills from this company or organizational skills. If I owned this compnay I would have waived the second half of the bill and called it a wash. Instead we feel very smoothed-talked by our sales guy and very belittled by the owner. When paying for home improvemnets you are not just paying for the finished product but for the overall experience and professionalized of the company. The owner keep focusing on that we now have the fence up and we should be happy but he clearly is missing the point. We gave our 50% deposit on a good faith conversation with his sales guy that all promises were going to be met. We gave our expectations to this company and they agreed to them. This fence is no longer worth what we agreed too since all that was agreed too, was not met. Veto's staff needs to be re-trained. Fence is beautiful, experience was horrible. WE DON'T RECOMMEND ALL FENCING & REPAIR "June 12, 2012
Ma'am as it clearly stated in your contract permit fees are not included. we did not hide this from you. I am truly sorry you are upset with our service. As you know we have no control of the rain or the city of tamarac. I am glad you think the fence is beautiful. We did fire Vanessa and Anthony for poor customer service. We are "cleaning house" we brought in a business trainer and are acheiving our goal of exceptional customer service. If ever there is a problem with you fence we will garantee it. Once again I'm sorry you were dissappointed with our service and we are rectifying it. Thank you for your feed back so we can improve.

Provided by YP.comI was sold on the sales pitch but the service thereafter was disappointing. Two “no shows” for installation, broken promises and “finger pointing”… They would not accept any responsibility for their lack of communication and blamed everything on an employee they fired, their supplier etc… On top of everything, Mary who said she was the “owner” when I called for a refund after they failed to show up twice was initially very accommodating and nice and on subsequent calls turned very rude and definitely not customer oriented. The threats then by Anthony did not help matters. I never heard from the owner and I made them return after the installation which took about a month to remove their sign from my gates. The last thing I wanted was their advertisement on my gates to remind me of their lack of customer service. The installers’ were great and friendly. Too bad the rest of the company cannot take a lesson from their installers. I would never do business with All Fencing and Repair again.
Mr. Cabrera, As you know the fence you choose was special order. We have know control over the supplier. Regarding Anthony he has since been fired. We do not allow poor customer service. As you know we did give you a new gate and a lifetime warranty. we will always be here if you need us. Thank you for your business
