Absolutely thrilled with the service that was done on my Porsche. I was told that black is one of the hardest colors to match, but it looks like it was a walk in the park for the team at Broward Collision. I was greeted the moment I walked thru the doors and Randy seemed like he went above and beyond for my satisfaction, but when I watched everyone working there it was definitely the trend that customer service was priority one. Thank you Randy and all who work at Broward Collision.

Florida has been a rough place so far for my son and I. The opportunity presented itself a few weeks ago to show my son the beach, on the way there we got into an accident and momma's car seemed have more safety features then known, which was a blessing in itself. I then contacted my insurance company who referred me to Broward Collision. Randy was so courteous, polite, and helpful. Never have I been treated so carefully. The work to fix my car came out absolutely perfect. I highly recommend and appreciate the flawless work.

Owning a fleet of vehicles trusting your body shop is huge. When I met the manager of the west location on the ball field with our kids, I felt like I could trust his shop because of the passion he spoke with. Professionalism at its finest. I'm very picky when it comes to being professional and taking care of your customers. I've been to a few body shops over the years for custom work and I am / was very impressed when I walked thru the doors. I was greeted with in seconds. The estimator Randy was polite, prompt, and very knowledgeable. When I dropped my car off, that process was smooth. When I got the call that my car was done 3 days early, I was ecstatic about that. When I picked my car up there was no problems, hassles, or price gouging. That was a huge huge sigh of relief, Like I said Professionalism at its finest!!! Thank you to all who worked on my car. I don't consider myself much of a golfer but if I am given the chance to play and it is for a good cause, you can always count me in. So this year I played in a Rotary Club of Weston golf classic tournament. I enjoyed myself as usual, not only playing 18 holes, but donating for those in need. I really wish I could've won at least one of the raffles or prizes that I bid on at the auction, but oh well. I noticed the sponsors of the tournament, but didn't put too much thought into them. Then, this year at the Harvest Drive I happen to notice that one of the sponsors from the golf tournament happened to be at the Harvest Drive. That's when I first met Keith Petron from Broward Collision, very intelligent and great guy to converse with, especially since he shares the same values that I do, about always helping those in need. Well, unfortunately I was involved in a car accident and being that it was my first accident I have ever gotten in, I had no clue what to do. Luckily enough for me, I played in that golf tournament and participated in the Harvest Drive. So, I had my car towed to Broward Collision and when I walked into the shop I was greeted and treated was the up-most respect. The employees in the office were all very polite, helpful, energetic and knowledgeable. I like to be treated like everyone else in the world, and I don't like special treatment, so I didn't mention that I met the owner. When my car was completed and I arrived at the shop to pick it up, I was met at the door by Keith, who went above and beyond the damage from the accident and he had the entire car fixed and cleaned up, because he said he remembered my name from the tournament and the Harvest Drive. I can't thank you enough Keith and staff at Broward Collision for making this customer above completely satisfied. I highly recommend Broward Collision to anyone who happens to need a body shop. The work was incredible and the staff was remarkable. Thank you again and again Keith and staff.

I trust google and I rely on peoples reviews and experiences, when it comes time for me to have to spend money on my possessions. I must say that the reviews and experiences that people have had in South Florida in the body shop business absolutely scared me. Until I came across Broward Collision. I did my research on them and I trusted what I read and dropped my car off at the shop to be fixed and repainted. When I walked thru the doors, I was instantly greeted and treated with passion, just like I read. I was given a very fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done and a reasonable timeline of how long it would take. When I came to pick up my completely restored car, my jaw dropped from awe of perfection. What I read was true and I have to share my experience.
