Ken in Parts is Amazing.. Was going to a local Ford Dealer closer to us for our parts, but as long as Ken is there, they have our business.

My old F 350 needed some serious mechanical work. . I had been ripped off at other shops in the past. A friend suggested Sawgrass Ford, saying I could trust them to be honest and experienced. It turned out just like he said; the shop personnel were friendly, helpful, and now the old truck runs like new. They charged me just what the estimate was and, unlike other repair shops, did not "find" other work I needed to have done, only what I asked to be done after a thorough exam. I'm very pleased with the results.

Just bought a certified pre-owned F-250 from this dealership a few days ago. The staff was fantastic. The vehicle was clean and like new. I love the 100,000 mile warranty. CPO cars are definitely the way to go. The car I traded it was also serviced here. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I highly recommend purchasing a car here. They are one of the very rare dealers out there that don't charge a dealer fee.

Out of all of the dealerships that I've bought new cars from in my lifetime, this one has to be my favorite one to go to. They are the only ones that end up drastically discounting the price from the window sticker. Other dealerships that I've been to play hardball constantly. They always make it really difficult for me to say NO to a deal because their offer is always the best out of all of the people I call. I always research the vehicle I want and call all of the dealers. Within minutes of making a call to their sales department, I have a monthly price. When I deal with other dealers, it's always an unbelievable hassle to get a good deal. Many dealers often refuse to give me a price over the phone. Trust me when I tell you this. Do not waste time with other dealers. You will only pay more if you go elsewhere. Sawgrass Ford rocks!

I price shopped 4 other dealers and these people gave me the lowest price on a brand new Escape. The other dealers lost out on the deal because they all had dealer fees that I refused to pay. Oh well. Their loss. I'm not falling for that dealer fee garbage. Dealer fees are for suckers.

This dealer has served us well many times. Three of my family members have bought here already. They gave me a great deal on my trade, which saved me the time and hassle of trying to dump that thing on my own. I got a super good lease on a new Explorer with no cash out of pocket. I bought a base Explorer one since I don't need all the frills. I can't see adding that navigation when I use the one on my phone all the time anyway. If you saw this thing, you wouldn't think it was a base model. It has a drop dead, two-tone color, gorgeous interior and is a real joy to drive. Thanks guys!

I bought a used non-running F-250 Powerstroke from a friend. I had it towed here and they put in a new transmission and fixed some major engine damage where the previous owner had a chip put on it. They did all of the past due scheduled maintenance. The truck now runs amazing. So happy I brought it here for the repairs.

I just had them do the works on my car. Full brake job, new rotors, pads, brake discs, oil change, transmission flush, rear differential, A/C recharge, shocks, struts, fuel cleaning, computerized wheel alignment... all the stuff that was due for maintenance or causing an issue. It took them the entire day to do it and was well worth it.It was equivalent to like 3 car payments, but now this car will give me many more years of service WITHOUT payments. They did a WONDERFUL job. All the people I interacted with were super nice people.

As far as car dealerships go, this was a really nice place to buy a car from. There was no pressure or upsells. We told them the exact make and model and price range we were trying to stay in and they showed us the exact vehicles that would fit our budget. It was a nice surprise not having to pay a $700 dealer fee that two of their competing dealers were charging. Sawgrass Ford didn't charge a dealer fee. I thought all dealers charged a dealer fee? This was music to my ears. I couldn't sign the paperwork fast enough after hearing this.

Word to the wise, always call their Internet sales number first and get a price quote before going in. They will give you the best deal before even stepping foot in the dealership. After getting a price quote from them and trying 3 other dealers before ultimately buying a truck from them and none of their competitors could match it. These guys must sell a very high volume to give the low prices that they do. You had no idea how furious the other dealers were when I tried to get them to price match. We ultimately ended up buying here because they had the lowest price of any other dealer we tried.

t's so refreshing to finally deal with a car dealer who knows how to treat a customer. We bought the cheapest car on the lot and I feel like they treated us like we bought the most expensive one. Sawgrass Ford runs a tight ship and has good people working there. We came here 3 or 4 years ago and most all of the same people I saw still work there. That says -- A LOT -- about this dealership. I've worked at many companies and very few have the integrity and ethics that this car dealer has, which is amazing to say when it comes to making a comment about a car dealership. Hoping to come back soon and buy a 2nd vehicle from them. Very good experience!

My wife hates when I drag her to any car dealership to buy a new car. This is the first dealership that she ever came to with me that she actually liked. This has to be a good sign! I bought her a new Explorer XLT from here and she absolutely loves it. The people here treated us like royalty. And good service didn't come with a high price. They did not charge any dealer fees and sold us the vehicle below invoice. My wife does the bills a lot and she went over all the paperwork and was very happy with the purchase. Could not be happier.

We just had several services done; a front end alignment, transmission flush, oil change and new shocks. We got the car back nice and clean and now it drives like new again. All the people we dealt with served us with a smile from the service technician, to the porter as well as the cashier. Now we can keep the car a few more years without payments. Mission accomplished! After bouncing from dealer to dealer, we finally found this dealer that didn't want to stick us with a bunch of dealer fees. We called and spoke with somebody in their Internet sales department before driving down there. They quoted us a price over the phone before I wasted any time. Low and behold, for the first time there was no bait and switch. They had the car in stock and when it came time to do the paperwork, the prices I was quoted over the phone all matched. While that all sounds easy, that wasn't the case with the previous dealerships that we dealt with. The previous dealerships would tell you one price over the phone and when you got there, either the car didn't exist or they added additional fees that they didn't tell me over the phone. Sawgrass Ford didn't pull any of these tactics. They were honest people to do business with and when it comes time to buy another car, we will definitely be coming back.

The lease on my Passat finally ended. So happy to give it back. Came here and got a new Fusion. Could not be happier. I'm so glad I gave Ford a try. This vehicle is made really solid. I researched the long-term maintenance and it costs much less than having my Volkswagen. The transmission definitely shifts a lot smoother than on my Passat. Gunther wanted a dealer fee to buy another vehicle from them. No dealer fee's at Sawgrass. That's another $600 added to my savings.

We purchased a car from this dealer over the weekend. It was a very pleasurable experience. There was no pressure at all. We told them exactly what we were looking for and what our budget was and they matched a car perfectly with no upselling. The price they quoted us is exactly what we paid when it came down to signing the paperwork. Unlike my last several cars that I purchased from other dealers, there was no hidden fees added on. This was a pleasant surprise. They really mean it when they say no dealer fee's. We were very happy about this. The other Ford dealer we tried this with said that they would remove the dealer fee, but then they would not give us the rebate. At Sawgrass Ford they had no dealer fee and they gave us the full rebate. A huge thumbs up from us.
