I was with my friend who bought a car from here during the entire process from start to finish. This dealer treated him very well. I helped him research the prices and options and they gave him the best deal of any of the other car dealers would contacted. Doing the on-line credit app thing before you go in is a big time saver. I'd definitely buy a car from them.

Got tired of the bait and switch with the other Ford dealers. They'd all give you a good price up front until they had to bury their dealer fee into it and raise the selling price in the end. Sawgrass Ford didn't play the bait and switch game with me, so they got my business. Lowest price on a car after calling 4 other Ford dealers. Don't waste your breath on the other dealers.

My family and I were on vacation in the Florida area a week ago when my Fusion started acting real crazy! #1 Don't know why I decided to drive my personal vehicle for this vacation from VA to FL versus rent, but took my chances anyway. Well, anyways, we were on our way and broke down in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. After consulting the web, I ran across Sawgrass Ford. My wife jumped on the phone and got a Cameron whom answered, he was able to hook us up with a cheap tow company that accepted our insurance. Being that it was 2P we did not know what to do. After getting the car towed about 25 miles to the dealearship, they immediately took stress off our shoulders by not making us wait, pulled our vehicle straight back and did an analysis on it. It ended up being a sensor replacement in which the guys HAD IN STOCK at an affordable price and they replaced it quickly. For a friendly, fast and affordable service on your vehicle, I recommend them to the fullest. They even had a LOT of nice vehicles on the lot as well! BTW!!!! NOT ONLY DID THEY FIX THE SENSOR, BUT ALSO CLEANED THE VEHICLE!

ust had all the shocks, tires and wheel alignment done here. They did a great job. Car was all clean when I got it back. Everything that they quoted me up front came out to be true when it came time to pay the cashier. Very good people to do with. I spoke with other customers in the waiting room and 4 of them all had nothing but good things to say about this place. Over the past 3 years of coming here I've never had any bad experiences.

Just had a 60,000 mile service today. Car runs like new again. It's much cheaper to pay for service every once in a while than having never ending car payments. All previous service visits came out great. Been coming here for years. Bought our other car from here with no complaints. Got really good deals on them compared to other dealers I tried. Been servicing both here regularly. They've always treated us fairly.

Make sure the repairs are done, I've seen cabin filter paid for and never changed also the 30 K Services are the biggest waste of money and only change fluids, if that even gets changed





I'm not satisfied with the owners answers as to why the repairs weren't don't in the first place, they are scam artist

Worst dealership ever. Techs abuse a customer's car then they file a police report to bully the customer. Not the first or last time- avoid these clowns.
