I was so happy with Surprise Granite and ALL of the staff there! I went in to check out putting granite in my home and immediately knew they were the company to do my kitchen. I went in just to find out the cost, etc., and now I have an absolutely beautiful kitchen and sink. Lisa Rose knew immediately what granite I would fall in love with and she was absolutely right! We saw it and said that’s it! She is awesome. No pressure at all and respectful of your budget. I urge anyone that is considering putting in new countertops to use Surprise Granite, I highly recommend them!

I called to schedule an appt for a quote. The gentleman who answer the phone asked me for the measurements. I stated that’s what I wanted his company to do for me. He told me someone would call me back shortly to schedule the appt. That was over 24 hours ago. Now I get an email thanking me for being their customer. I can tell you that won’t be happening.

Was told things would be done like disconnecting the stove and it would be hooked up face plates would be put back on then was charged $150 to have this done. Also was told guartz could be installed around our sink then told no we would have to buy a new sink. The installers did a good job but not happy with Lisa or Josh. Stan Grossman
