My visit at the service section of Dale Jr. Chevrolet was exceptional and fulfilled all the promises & expectations as needed towards the work of my vehicle. My advisor George Bell was able to acquire the solutions (along with the problems) associated with my vehicle and have it given back to me quicker than I expected (than the other dealerships whom would take their time solemnly)

Our veh. Broke down on I10 heading back to Alabama. We were worried about what to do. We called in to Dale Earnhardt Jr and was greeted promptly on the phone by a young lady, Aleah. She sent me over to a man named Mark. He calmed us down and set us up promptly with a rental veh. He somehow was able to get our truck back on the road the very next day! My Service experience WAS Amazing, they explained my services to me in full detail. The Customer waiting area was pleasant, clean, and had wonderful tasting coffee I might add, the service Advisor's are very easy to speak with, and the receptionist did an amazing job (thumbs up) with answering my questions and helping me communicate with my Service Advisor. The young lady who spoke with my Warranty company was efficient and so polite.
