I believe many people out there have had their fair share of unhelpful management or a rude staff member from their place of residence, which can be down right difficult or even become unlivable. I had several people refer me to Arizona Tenants, after making several phones call (mostly because I wasn't sure if I their services were something I wanted to do) I made an appointment to come in.



Upon my first appointment, I did decide it was my best option for my personal situation. Since it was a big step and commitment, I tended to call... a lot with random questions that sometimes did and even didn't apply to me. They were incredibly helpful and patient with me as started this process. Even though I am out of that specific residences, I am still dealing with the after affects and they are still being incredibly helpful and answering all my relevant and irrelevant questions, which is amazing.



My only other thought is to be prepared to spend the amount of time it takes to get things properly taken care of. Don't try to rush the process because you might miss something.

I was not able to obtain any services with ATA because the representative taking the call was rude, rushing me and very condescending. After two minutes on the phone he rudely asked me what exactly he can help me with so I told him I would handle it myself. I cannot see myself doing business with someone that treats potential costumers badly. I filed a Consumer Review and very quickly received a response, denying everything, stating that I was not a customer or seeking services (ummm..... why do you think I called in the first place, OF COURSE I was seeking services!) and in the end calling me a liar. WORST costumer service, EVER. At this point I would rather put up with a sinking living room/slumlord than do business with a company that treats people in need of help like trash.

They dropped the ball and now we're paying for it.



My husband and I hired ATA to help us get out of his lease. If I could go back and do it over again I wouldn't. I would just pay the apartment to get out of the place. About 6 months into the process the apt sent us to collections. As requested by ATA we sent all copies of their correspondence to ATA so they could respond. But they dropped the ball and did nothing. 2 years later we found out that they didn't take care of things as they assured us they would and it is on my husband's credit report. We contacted ATA and all they did was refer us to a different company who is supposed to help get credit reports cleared.



As some ATA reviews have said, the staff are unprofessional, the "office" is unprofessional, etc. The worse part is that once they have your money and you are past the initial stage of getting out of the apt, it is hard to get them to work on your behalf. Not saying that they don't do anything, but it isn't timely and in the end it doesn't work.

Thank you for taking such great care of me when I needed to break my lease. I felt confident in your office from our first meeting. I've already recommended you to others and will continue to do so. Thank you!!

If you want someone to take your money and then help with NOTHING this is the place to go. I can guarantee you that all these reviews were wrote by them on every single website you see. When it comes to contracts, these guys are pros! All there contracts are is a promise to pay but no promise to help. I was victim of the scare tactics they use to get me out of my apartment. I paid over $700 with no success and no money back. They are too unorganized to be called a business, and too crazy to be called professionals. They care more about bringing new customers in then they do about taking care of the ones that they already have. Of course its because i had already signed a contract of promise to pay. I made a huge mistake dealing with these nut jobs and i hope that nobody has to go through what i went through. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE spread the word and help get these people out of business!

Ive never had any problems working with ATA. They are always very prompt about any issues I ever do have which isnt very often.

Needed more answers on day one of consultation but then after I signed up and received the book it was better because it has a lot of answers too. Vanessa was very helpful because I called in freaking out a few times :] Ken was also very helpful with questions too. I felt at ease for the most part.

I feel the Arizona Tenants have a great amount of knowledge and handle each case to their absolute best ability. Although there were a couple of communication errors such as conflict with scheduling appointments, the work ethic done by the company how ever is outstanding.

Very professional and got the job done in a timely manner and those representative were a pleasure to work with!

I had a bad violent break in around December 2011 and I had to get out of my apartment. Who wouldn't want to get out? I found AZ Tenants on the back of the New Times and contacted them to see what my options were. They were straight forward and told me what the process was and what I am to do to be successful. I followed their steps and instantly saw progress. I was a little worried when I got a letter from a debt collection agency. I was extremely worried that this debt collection would end up on my credit score. With the direction of Aaron and Ken they handled the situation quickly. So far I think my case is over but I keep an eye on my credit report. I am grateful to AZ Tenants for their hard work that they put towards their cases. Thank you very much
