Great customer service and really friendly staff. This place works with you as much as they can and answer all your questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Orris for almost two years now. He and his staff are some of the nicest and caring people around. They always accommodate me for my appointments and their care program helped me afford the surgery. I am pleased with my results and wish I would have done this sooner. Thank you WLIAZ

I had my LapBand surgery in July of 2012. The doctors and staff at WLIAZ have all been very helpful and supportive during my weight loss journey. Even though I have had a few set backs, I couldn’t ask for a better cheering squad. The multiple locations makes it extremely convenient for me to get an appointment just about any time I need one. The only thing I would have done differently is had my surgery at the Tempe location instead of at Banner Estrella – although a great hospital, it would have saved me out of pocket costs. I highly recommend WLIAZ to anyone considering weight loss surgery.

The staff is very friendly and i haven't waited long to be see at any of my appointments. Due to insurance restrictions have to wait 6 months but looking forward to continuing on this journey

I had started my weight loss journey with another facility. When it became apparent that I could not continue, for lack of funds, a friend, who had already been through WLIAZ, suggested I talk with WLIAZ. I did and they took me right in. I was on my 6 month visit. I was to undergo a colonoscopy, ugh, but had it done. I was glad that it was required and things were taken care of. I had the gastric sleeve March 13, 2015. From the first evening I could already feel a difference. I did not have urinary incontinence and I dont snore. My energy level has risen and I feel wonderful. I am not down to my weight of 170 yet, but I have lost 62 lbs, to date. I really Love Dr. Orris and the whole crew that is employed at WLIAZ. They are kind and will help you. They want to see you succeed.

When I decided to have the lap band surgery I thought it would be a quick fix. Even though at every pre-operative appointment Dr. DeBarros, Dr. Orris and their staff at WILAZ always told me there would still be work I need to do, I did not think that would apply to me… Boy was I wrong! I am so grateful for all of the support and guidance WLAZ has given me through my weight loss journey. Mike the dietician has been a wonderful resource and the private Facebook page he hosts has helped me connect with others going through the same transformation. I would, and do, recommend Dr. DeBarros and Dr. Orris to everyone.

The WLIA staff is wonderful. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and doctors.

Dr. Orris and his team are awesome. They work really hard to get you ready for surgery and the support is above and beyond from the nurses, dietitians, finance and of course Dr. Orris. They are a very busy team and usually run a bit over the scheduled time, so always plan to stay a little longer than anticipated. They are worth the wait!

Dr. Orris and the WLIA staff were awesome. They were very professional and friendly on my first visit. They went over all my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease. I feel really good about my decision and plan on moving forward with them.

I have been going here for 3 years now. The Dr.s have been a big part of my success. I would highly recommend this place. My friend went to anotherinstitute and does not get half the care Ihaev received.

I have been going to WLIAZ since December. I see Dr. DeBarros and It has been such a wonderful experience.He is very professional and answers all my questions. I will be referring people here most definitely.

going through the list to do before the op. met a friend at WLIA, we have been a support for each other besides the wonderful staff there. my daughter is having twins in June even better to get the lap band. getting healthy has always been on my mind, have tried so many ways. pills are not the answer for me, loose and gain back. my future can only get better, going camping is going to be better. thx WLIA

Had my lapband in October 2014. Dr. Orris has been helpful and very accomodating. I do wish they had more availability on Saturdays in the West Valley.

Just had my pre-op appt and got my surgery date. My appt went smooth, I felt very well informed from the staff and Dr. Orris. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time, my nervous do settle when I think about whom I choose to do my lapband, WLIA. I'm confidant in Dr. Orris and the staff at WLIA. I am so ready to continue my journey to a healthier me.

The staff at WLIA is very friendly, I am not nearly as nervous when talking to any of the staff. They make you feel so comfortable and even though I felt as if some of my questions where repetitive and silly they answered every single one. I have just started my weight loss journey but I would recommend WLIA to anyone who is looking for a place to take their journey. The staff is not the only ones who are friendly Dr. DeBarrows and Dr. Orris are also very courteous and very clear on what the surgery is about and the post surgery how it is going to be. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK WLIA!

From the first phone call to the first consultation I was very impressed with the entire staff. Both Dr. DeBarros and Dr. Orris are fabulous! It is very organized and I felt very comfortable. They are great at answering any questions I have and never make me feel dumb. I'm excited to continue this journey and post updates as they come.
