I had a 2001 Blazer that died and I was forced to look for a new vehicle on short notice. My main concerns were cost, decent gas millage, reliability, moderate cargo space & ability to tow a boat. I borrowed a car to go to 2 close dealerships & hit the internet. After 2 horrific experiences at the dealers and no answered replies on the internet, I found 3 used Escapes at Manderbach. That day I called before opening hours and talked to Bobbie who immediately looked around the lot and asked me all the pertinent questions as per MY needs. That afternoon I went over to see them and bought the car. Bobbie, Neil & Brad were 1000% helpful and honest... they all LISTENED to me... the other guys tried to sell me...there is a big difference and I appreciate that level of service. I got honest answers to my questions, a team that was extremely accommodating and a vehicle that will meet MY needs at a very competitive price. You absolutely MUST visit this dealer when you next consider a new or used vehicle...and no, I am not related nor affiliated with them...just very appreciative & happy. Thanks Bobbie.

We just purchased a CMAX Energy (plug-in hybrid). John Bethea was our salesperson and he was excellent at helping us find the car that had the features we wanted, having us test drive it, showing us the features and how to use them, handling the purchase process with a minimum of hassle. I had been having my Escape Hybrid serviced at Manderbach for several years. We were ready to replace the Escape, and after looking at various offerings, decided the CMAX was the best choice for us. Yesterday I drove it on a day trip and an evening trip in EV mode,
used no gas. In EV mode, the CMAX has plenty of acceleration, I can merge easily into traffic, and travel at highway speeds.

I had a great experience. My sales rep, Johnel Bethea, really went above and beyond to help me out. I could he wanted to make sure I got what I needed and I really appreciate it. I nothing negative to say at all.

I went to Manderbach Ford after several weeks of visiting numerous dealerships outside of Berks County and receiving quotes. When I came to Manderbach, frustrated and stressed from a dealership I bought 3 other vehicles from, I knew exactly what I wanted and I knew which vehicle I wanted to drive off their lot.

I went to Manderbach Ford after my other vehicle died out of nowhere. I was in a very bad mood and wasn't planning in buying a car when I woke up that morning. My mood quickly changed when they greeted me and treated me like I was family. They even interacted with my 8 yr old son and made his experience there enjoyable.I walked away with an amazing deal and confidence that Manderbach will always be there if I need them. I couldn't be more grateful and thankful for the team there!!!

John Patton was terrific I've never been more satisfied. No hype or high pressure tactics, good and honest factual information. I did a lot o research and spoke to quite a few other dealers.
