We feel very fortunate to have this facility 2 blocks from home. We have always received and excellent and prompt care. Thank you!!

Thank you to the doctor and the caring staff. The doctor diagnosed a DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) on me and sent me immediately to the E.R. The doctor told my son that I could not go home yet. The doctor saved my life, according to the ER doctor.

The visit was quick and my visit was not too long. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.

I wanted to say thanks for the excellent care I got from Dr. Sherman. I had an ear problem, and anxieties that it would be problematic to get it resolved. Dr. Sherman got it resolved quickly and competently. It's nice to be able to get such a great doctor. Thanks!

Saw Dr. Steffy 2 nights in a row. I feel like he saved my life. Had seen a regular MD who basically patted me on the head, gave me 2 inhalers, and said he'd see me in 2 weeks. I made sure he know how sick I was and asked him about lab work, X-Rays, antibiotics, or anything else because he knew my lungs were a big issue. It was No-No-No. I left feeling helpless and hopeless . I went over here at 6:30 pm and Dr. Steffy was thorough to the point where he thought a CT of chest would be good, even after X-rays here. It revealed Pneumonia in the bottom of my lungs not detected on other X-ray. Blood work revealed more so after 5 months of searching for why my health and energy were going downhill faster and faster, I finally had answers, hope, and most of all peace of mind. Instead of letting it go, I wanted to tell someone here how incredible Dr. Steffy is. He is an asset to your Urgent Care and I am looking forward to him having his own practice so he can be my Dr.!

Wow, never going here again. I went into this urgent care office this morning for lower back pain. There was only one other individual there when I first came in, yet I had to wait 50 minutes to be seen. The nurse was incredibly rude and the doctor flat out refused to prescribe me anything for my pain, despite the fact that I had an MRI confirming my condition. I have gone to other urgent care facilities in the past and I can say without a doubt this facility is the worst I have ever been to.

My chest pain was severe coming here this morning but after all the tests done to eliminate heart problems, I'm grateful the the medication given for anxiety. This alone has relieved my stress that I was having a heart attack. All the staff were efficient and kind.

I came into Thousand Oaks Urgent & Family Practice feeling horrible. Excellent doctor, Excellent care, and Staff! Thorough, and etc. Super great! Thank you for helping me!

I initially contacted the staff in order to get in contact with a physician and I found them to be very caring.

I love this place! I thought it was a sinus infection but now, it's strep throat. Who knew?

5 Stars: 1 - The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and down to Earth 2 - Sandy (nurse) was friendly and checked back with me after a bit of a delay = good customer service! 3 - MD was quick and efficient 4 - Nice to have new chairs and magazines in the waiting room 5 - Overall a good experience. I got in fast and out fast and that is vital. Thx!

The doctors and nurses here are very caring and informative. I always have all my questions answered before I leave the office. I appreciate that so much.

The staff here had terrific bedside manner. They even went to the trouble to put my 4 year old at ease. They made sure to listen to my opinion and note how my injury limited me, especially as it pertained to my work.
